I downloaded creative cloud on my mac since the access of our school (SCAD).  I got a new computer (pc) and need to download it on the new computer.  When I try it says I can only put it on a single computer.  What should I do?

  You can download and install the creative cloud and to sign on two computers as long you use only active on one at a time. If you register on a computer you use, so you will be able to connect on another.

  My problem is now solved. It seems that this was due to an incomplete installation of the updated version of the CC. After the update, I had two versions of the CC on my PC, none of them work.

  I don't know why the installation did not finish.

  In any case, I downloaded CC of the Adobe site, as if it were a first installation. This new facility has solved the problem.

  That being said it seems that the update process is very robust.

  -Remove the opm.db from the following location:

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

  -Restart your machine

  -Download the installation program Adobe creative cloud since the help document: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  -Install and connect you with your new code of Adobe.

  Installation on multiple computers can be done independently of the subscription.  You only need the lic3ense when it comes to activation, you have two active facilities (signed in).  Just install the desktop application and use it to install the applications, and then connect to activate.

  This isn't true at all. In fact, the specific problem of this user has been resolved when they discovered that someone has added a password security policy to their files. See: How to get and use a password that works to open several documents in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

  If you add the password to your files yourself and then forgotten, then there is nothing that can be done using Adobe software, however.

  This can be done with Adobe Reader but is not able to apply (or remove) a security strategy for PDF files.
