  Hi Baker, I'm struggling with a similar problem.
  Probable solution to your problem: Installation was done in MSC mode (no UEFI). The result is another way to partition the HD. Partitioning under UEFI and BIOS of the old school (CSM) are incompatible.
  Main advantage of UEFI: faster windows startup.

  Solution:
  (a) use your PC in the old mode. You lose the advantages of UEFI, but can work.
  (b) reinstall under UEFI (that's what I struggle with)

  I assume you mean windows system password and no BIOS password. Right?
  It s not very big problem if you forgot the password but if you mean the BIOS password then you are in trouble because the BIOS password can be removed simply by a Toshiba ASP. technicians

  If you have forgotten the password to disk so you don t have any other possibility to get into the HARD drive. In this case, the HARD disk is unusable and unfortunately you need a new HARD disk drive. :(
