I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel. You received my payment for September 15, 2015 & October 15, 2015 according to Adobe, but Revel shows that I have only a free basic account and that it was yet another payment. What happens here? You people need get the bugs out of your cloud services. I signed up with [email protected] that the Adobe Revel server fails to allow me to login, but accounts Adobe server connects me and says I am free on my subscription to Revel. Is happening here? I canceled once on this issue! Want to lose me again, this time for good? I did some research and your account indeed shows you paid AND that the subscription has expired (which is false!). We experience the Adobe Store people to examine it.

In order to use it on 2nd computer you need to download the creative cloud desktop application and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
This would help you download your photoshop application you would like to keep on the second machine.

I have PC and pay monthly. We are a small company.
Question 1: For two years I have a full subscription to Adobe all programs. But the other day I would open an another user InDesign documents and could not open this with the error message: "the document is done a new version than my version of InDesign. How should I do to upgrade my version to a version more recent?
Question 2: I already have a license to use the software on two computers. Am I not allowed to use the same version I've taken down on adobe.com til two computers or terms here.

CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but only one at a time.

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.
