Z30 Z30 problems call blackBerry

Someone at - it problems with the Z30 calls?

My Z30 will call a number and connect but going silent, they can here me, but I cannot here them so sometimes did the same thing when someone calls me. Doesn't happen all the time and not only with numbers not in my contacts, occurs about 10 calls a day. Very frustrating.

Hi tesler

The problem is with the telephony hardware that may not fixed by restarting the phone. I have 2 Z10 with the same problem and the only solution is the seller to replace with a new one (mine is under warranty at that time).

    Is it possible that I just got a dud?

    Everything is possible. A reboot is the first step and if that does not fix things, a reload of the OS or update is in order. You said you updated this morning with no positive results so I'm leaning towards him being a dud, probably related to the material.

    For your TI guys take a peek and see what he says, but be ready to resume your TELUS phone if necessary. The Z30 is the best phone I've ever used, but it is capable of imperfections like all other electronic products on the planet. If you need to return to your Telus phone, first make sure that you have a backup of data made with link to BlackBerry.

  • Problem with 'Blackberry Protect' blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

    I have a problem with 'Blackberry Protect', I got a message telling me
    "Your mobile pass does not include Blackberry Protect."

    I called my provider and they told me to contact you

    I need your help please

    They are wrong. Your carrier decides what data packages they offer and what is included in their packages. You will need to just talk & text or perhaps 500 MB of data without BBM, etc.. If your monthly subscription does not BlackBerry Protect, you obviously don't have the data package, you need.

    Call them to fix it.

  • BlackBerry App 'there was a connection problem. BlackBerry World must be closed"

    Hello world

    BlackBerry World has worked well up until just now. I don't use it often, so therefore cannot for sure.

    Now, I get the error message: "there was a connection problem. BlackBerry World must be closed". I use a stock of Q10 from T-Mobile (OS 10.1 I think).

    I tried to turn off the phone by using the button on the top. I went in the area of APN settings under network mobile, a fake registered Web site and re-entry fast.t - mobile.com (original value). I turned off wi - fi.

    Any ideas? Is - a good Blackberry support? I guess I'll have to pay, but if I can get the resolution, it may be useful.

    Thank you.

    Wow... After all of my research, the answer was in a few posts below. The method described in this post solved the problem for me: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-World/BlackBerry-World-don-t-work/td-p/2329019.

  • Problems calling contextual AIRHelp to Adobe Flex App

    Hello world...

    I m of the problems, call the context-sesitive Flex AIRHelp.

    I can launch the help of flex using the following (flex) code, but allways starts on the default theme.

    private void invocarAirHelp(tema:String):void {}
    var appID:String = 'pc1 ';
    var pubID:String = "8C47FDE4638CAF7F210634E52A5F8318D893A57C.1";
    var mgr:ProductManager = new Manager ("airappinstaller");
    Mgr.Launch ("-launch" + appID + "" + pubID);

    }

    the launch method can receive parameters after the publisherID, but I do not know the settings that I should give the method to start the AIRHelp on a specific topic.

    I tried to use the settings that the call was on the command line, e.g.:

    mgr.launch ("-launch" + appID + "" + pubID + "csh - mapnumber 12");

    but I get no results... with these settings using startup application doesn´t

    Someone has an idea to make this work?

    Thanks in advance, Sabin

    Hi Sabin,

    The only way to support launch AIR applications from the browser is air "browser API": http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=distributing_apps_3.html#1035834

    The browser API uses the Manager and exposes the API of browser next level so that we are changing the implementation if necessary one day. The browser API will remain the same, even if the interactions by Manager (or something else) changes.

    The browser API (air.swf) has other features that make it the best way to launch applications. For example, it provides specific information which platforms support AIR and can therefore manage to install new applications and the execution itself.

    In addition, if the application is not installed then browser displays error API application flex, but it can't in the case of Manager.

    That said, you can probably use "-" to separate the arguments for airappinstaller of the arguments that should be passed through the application itself.

    Mgr.Launch ("-launch" + appID + "" + pubID + "- mapnumber csh - 12");

  • Problem call for different versions of BPEL process leave an ESB

    We are currenlty have a problem calling a service of BSE BPEL process.

    We initially developed the solution and the two releases correctly, however, it was necessary to make some changes to the BPEL process and we have redeployed later the BPEL process incrementing the version number.

    However, the BSE service when insider trading was still called the initial version of the ESB service.

    Is it possible to do BSE call the default version of BPEL process as configured in the BPEL console.

    You can accomplish this task by calling the SOAP Service in BSE that points to the current WSDL of BPEL process, for example:
    http://localhost: 8888/orabpel/default/SOAOrderBooking/SOAOrderBooking? WSDL
    Instead of
    http://localhost:8888/ORABPEL/default/SOAOrderBooking/1.0/SOAOrderBooking?WSDL

  • BlackBerry Z30 incoming calls NOT Ringing - Z30

    Hello

    I recently did a quick reset on my Blackberry Z30 (outfits the two buttons for volume 10 seconds), this fixed my initial problem to experience the shift answering calls.

    When I get calls, now, however there is no ringing sound... I can see the incoming call and I answer the call, but there is no ringing sound.

    I tried to ensure that the volume buttons have turned up full, I even checked my notification settings and made sure that they are on normal. I checked also double the settings on the normal setting, ensure that the volume meter is full.

    Yet even after that, then by restarting the phone several times, still me the same problem.

    Does anyone have the magical answer, I would really advice, because miss me calls because there is no ringing sound.

    sdgardne wrote:
    Hello and welcome to the community!

    Have you tried changing the notification settings, check that and then to change them to what you want? Maybe something is 'stuck '...

    If not, has there been any rush before the event this behavior started? You already described the shift answering calls and restarting with volume keys, but was there something before? A new application? An update of a certain type? Something else?

    Or, if it was always like that? I don't think... and so began to understand what happened just before this behavior is a good first step to try to understand.

    Also, what OS is your device currently running please?

    Let us know.

    Hello

    Thank you for your reply,

    I tried to change the notification setting of 'silent' to 'normal' to see if it helps... but it did not help.

    I have not changed anything in the settings or downloading apps, I even tried to reset some default functionality and he still refuses to make the Bell Rings when someone calls me.

    The current software provides its update: OS Blackberry 10 - version of the 10.3.2.28.36 software

    If you have an idea of what the issue could be just I want to know, I would rather not completely reset my phone like this would be the last resort.

    UPDATED - HIS RING NOW ONCE AGAIN!

    I plugged into my macbook and tried to load in the Blackberry Link software, that the software did not recognize my phone (another new question lol), it's just returned to normal, and now I can hear it ring, thank God!

  • Unlock blackBerry Blackberry Z30 Z30 problems

    Hello

    First post on the forum but have lurked for awhile reading problems.

    I have a microphone this question Z10 works do not - I had a BB Z30 of a member of the family that a screen was bricked since the update of black screen battery drain.  BlackBerry fixed the display even if the phone is out of warranty - Thank YOU!

    Now, the phone is locked to Bell, but I'm with Rogers, so I need to unlock it. I got an unlock code and checked with Bell, it's the unlock code correct for this phone and it does NOT work. I am in 8 tests on 10.

    Bell told me I have to contact Blackberry directly to generate a new code... do not know how to move forward with this? Looks like I'm getting the run around...

    I read "renovated" phones are difficult to unlock... I don't think that the screen has been replaced on this phone then its fixed... There is no PRD number at the back of my phone... just the meeting... so that means it is a refurb maybe?

    any suggestions / help how to unlock this phone so that I can start using it... Thank you

  • Battery blackBerry BlackBerry Z30 Z30 problem

    My Blackberry z30 battery lasted 2-3 days, lasts 10 hours now, beyond being enough heating. How can I fix?

    Apart from being a hardware defect, most of the time it's a software problem.  I guess you did a restart to the phone to see if it would fix it.

    If you have recently installed new software in the phone, look at what you have installed. To see if that solves it uninstall.

    A more radical approach is to do a wipe on the phone and re - install the operating system.  Make sure that your data is backed up before you do, so that you can restore the data.

    If all the foregoing does not fix the phone, then this is very probably a hardware failure. This wouldl must be handled by the authorized Blackberry service.  If it is a new phone I think it is guarantee for it.

  • BlackBerry Z30 problems Z30 following 2474 update

    Hello

    Recently got the update on my Rogers Z30 2474. I now have serious problems that make this difficult device.

    1 battery life / greatly diminished. Standy use now the major part of the battery and the phone died after 16 to 18 hours. Before the update, it would be operating for 30 to 36 hours before exhausting the battery.

    2 / the unit crashes frequently coming out of sleep for 2-3 minutes. I will pull the appliance of the Holster or choice against the office and it cannot swipe wake the device up, or it will display the password but do not meet all the entries, including the physical keys. After 2-3 minutes, it will start responding again.

    3 / device feels much more slowly than before. Opening menus and applications, specifically the monitor of the device is much slower and often takes place in bursts, where previously he was gentle and fast.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Best,

    Thanks for the tips. It has been a few weeks now, and I've gone through many many reboots in the hope that this time "to move to" was the question.

    Agreed... In my view, which excludes that particular possible cause.

    cablemonkey wrote:

    I'm already at 10.3.2.2474, so I think that there is already no come back.

    As long as you stay in the 10.3.2 branch, you should be able to install most all that exists. I would shy away from the earlier 10.3.2 releases, however. You indeed can not go back to the 10.3.1 branch or before... the compulsory anti-theft caused the demand function cascade of impossible fallback to any level of the OS before the 10.3.2 branch.

    cablemonkey wrote:

    It is a device of BES in a secure corporate environment, but our helpdesk had no ideas at all. I'll check with them before reloading the operating system.

    As a BES device, you should definitely work with your inside IT. But the reload may well help.

    I have not yet passed my Z30 up to the latest versions. And btw, 10.3.2.2474 is the version of the software, while the value of the OS is 10.3.2.2639. You must know that you see based on the set of tools you choose to use. The official tools tend to work in the RS, while informal tools as well as discussions here are working through the true value of the BONE.

    In addition, there is still a very recent release as a result of that you cite... SR 10.3.2.2514 / OS 10.3.2.2789. It includes WiFi calling TMO for all devices BB10 (useful only if one is on TMO, of course), but also to have a lot of improvement on the version you quote. I would advise mobile until this one... but if formal tools don't offer it, the only way to get this via informal tools. Chat with people from your IT first, of course. I have not yet moved my Z30 to him (which was the intent of this week, but haven't gotten to it yet), but moved my daily driver Z30 until she and it works fine (even though the Z30, with her is under the engine battery, never will reach a time long term IMHO).

    Good luck and let us know!

    Hello

    Are you sure that they are actually doors and not just "suggestion" buttons that appear? If you do not select one of these buttons, not real CC (or other) recipients are entered.
