I get daily emails from Apple customer support.

This is for real? They tell me to update my information. Today's was in a language I don't understand.

I have a mid 2012 macbook pro, OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 and Safari 9.1

No, it's scam. Don't answer. Delete them and get on your computer.

Since you get them, you can set up a rule.

Forward the message with full header information provides Apple with important information. To do this in OS X Mail, select the message and choose forward as an attachment in the Message menu. • My email from Apple used to send spam

This is the first time (that I know) that my Apple email address has been used to send spam in bulk. I don't think that the account has been hacked, since I'm still able to sign in iCloud and access my mail. I guess that my address is being spoofed. I contacted the people I thought that had received spam from me.

Is it possible to stop this? I'm afraid that it will continue until everyone I contacted directly or sent by electronic mail will be spammed by me. It is an address that I use for almost everything.

Are there steps I can take to keep my e-mail address be used this way?

    Thank you.

Since your password has not changed for access, the password may have been learned through strikes or phishing somehow. It would still be a good idea to update your password information and security.  http://www.Apple.com/legal/more-resources/phishing/

Two-factor authentication is perhaps something to look at as well, so you can be made aware of all the connections on your account. Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support. To do this, before you change the other security settings on your account as your password if you decide to go ahead with it. If I understand, you went to have the screen of your iPhone repaired to the Apple authorized service provider, but did not receive a confirmation email from the provider regarding your visit in? I understand that you want to have a form any registration. I would recommend that you please contact the store by their phone number and pull them to the top of your repair/service order and send a copy of you if possible. They might not have your voucher by e-mail or e-mail only those details when requested directly by the customer.

I have a known user that I have been to send/receive email from him for many years. now, I don't get the emails sent to me. If he is using my gmail account, email is sent to thunderbird, and I see the email with gmail address in my Inbox. His e-mails addressed to my sbcglobal address are not in my Inbox, or in my junk e-mail folder. I did not block lists, but I use Spam Assassin. is there a technique to solve this problem? It is the only email address that I don't get.

Connect to your sbcglobal email by using your browser and see if they are put in a spam folder before Thunderbird never the chance to see it.
