I get this every time that try to put another picture as a new layer... What that means!

This means that your current document is not in a standard such as sRGB or Adobe RGB color space and has a profile that is normally associated with a camera or scanner.  A conversion cannot be performed for such a profile of entry of these profiles are one-way (that is, you can convert them, but not for them).

Convert your document to the standard color space (such as Adobe RGB or sRGB using edit - convert to profile then you should be OK to add a layer of another image
