I got the virus Trojan on my laptop G56, AVG has tried to remove it didn't work!

Can I get help to eliminate this #^ % $# % @$ Trojan Virus from my laptop... Help!

Hello

Try the following.

On another PC, follow the procedure below to create a CD bootable, allowing you to scan your computer and if all goes well remove malware.  This utility analyzes the hard drive outside Windows and therefore has a better chance to eliminate malware.

Windows Defender in offline mode.

Once this done, start in Windows, then download and install the free version of MBAM and SUPERAntiSpyware on the links below.

MBAM

SUPERAntiSpyware

When it is installed, perform full crawls with these two utilities - if malicious software is detected, remove/quarantine it and run the scan again until both applications are own return.

Kind regards

  • My vista windows Defender does not work after got rid of the virus Windows diagnosis. What can I do?

It gives me an error code and says that my windows defender is stopped. Is it because I have installed Microsoft Security Essentials to help eliminate the virus. What should I do? I tried unistalling it and reinstall but it won't let me not just uninstall first. In addition, the virus has a sound, it does at the start and he is always on my computer when I start my computer. This means that the files are still on my computer?

    Hello

    That's right

MSE stops at the vista version of windows defender

read this information on the Defender:

    ·                         If you use microsoft security essentials avg avira mcafee norton etc they disable the vista version of windows defender by default

the basics of Microsoft security has its own version of windows defender

and other anti-virus programs use their own particular type of application to scan for spyware and malware

It of nothing to worry and is the default action, which is designed for them to do

and if you need to change startup programs read this information on the other methods of doing it without using defender

    using msconfig read this tutorial;

How to use MSCONFIG in Windows Vista

Here's how to use MSCONFIG in Windows Vista to disable some unnecessary programs that load automatically at startup

    http://netsquirrel.com/Msconfig/msconfig_vista.html

    and also try this program;

This utility, which has a knowledge of auto-starting locations of any startup monitor, shows you what programs configured to run at system startup or login and that the entries in the order of processing windows. These programs include those in your startup folder, Run, RunOnce, and other registry keys. You can configure Autoruns to show other locations, including Explorer shell, toolbar extensions, helper objects to the browser, Winlogon notifications, auto and many start-up services more

  • How to get rid of the virus Windows 7 activation key product? (Solved)

Yesterday my laptop ran fine, I was connected to the House of a friend playing a game online with no problems of virus said. Then when I take my computer laptop home and run it a strange thing happened on start up. He said that the program 'autochk' is not found while he was going to skip this program and continue the startup of Windows 7.

Then I logged in and as soon as I connected the screen said there have been changes to the Windows system and shortly after that pops up another window saying that my Windows 7 was not authentic and that I need to provide my product key to reactivate. I do not give him the key because I knew it was a virus attack, so I do not suspect that I caused the problem to get worse (at least not yet).

The strange thing I noticed when using my laptop, it's that when I bring up the Task Manager (I used this to try to find any unusual programs running) my username and one other 'user' unspecified wrote in Japanese, Chinese or Korean (I can't tell the difference on a computer). The strange thing is that I have no problem, most of the programs running and in fact have little or no consecutive effects, but I don't want to let this virus stick long enough to prove me wrong.

I used several programs antivirus and anti-malware, including my own purchased CA security, as well as Trojan Remover, Malwarebytes and Windows security scanner to find the virus said and NOTHING turned up. I fear that this program that has infected my computer could steal personal information so I have really limited my use of games and whatnot, I'd be worried about this information? If so I would like to know ASAP if I change just in case such information. Finally, I'll give you my card to my system if necessary below to help solve this problem. Thanks in advance to all who help, I really appreciate it.

    System Specs:

    Model: Lenovo B560
    Hard drive: 250 GB
    RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium edition

EDIT: I forgot to add that I do not have a background on my laptop nor can I ask my screen and it says in the lower right corner Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy of Windows is not genuine. I also cannot display my internet connection or battery life in the status bar down in the lower right and can not use my laptop built in touchpad.

I actually ended up having a restore point system a few days before I got the virus, so I ended up just to help that, since I don't have many files added/deleted my account. In this situation, it is what I would recommend to anyone else that it will save you a lot of time and effort. If for some reason you can't use a Hitman Pro system restore point allows you to find the virus (I ended up using that before I decided to use the system restore). This will fix not damage to your computer, but if you want to ensure that it is safe to do something before you use so the anti-virus software, I described previously, he was the only of what I have listed who found the virus.

@ Sathish S V Thanks for the help despite the fact that I don't end up using your advice, I was surprised and confused at all first when the virus struck but then figured out on my own since it took time to get a response then I needed to solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE.

  • want to get rid of the virus of the "personal shield pro", MS programs fail because the can´r safe mode do Internet, how to solve this?

I downloaded malware to microsoft.  Later (Odile is one).  My problem is: if I start the laptop (XPS M1210) normally, when I want to start "Odile" - "Microsoft tool emergency response" (which seems to be the solution), the "personal shield pro 2.2" attack the computer and prevents all extra work."  If I do it in safe mode, somehow it doesn´t enter the networks, as a result, programs to clean the scan only partially.  No solution.  I also tried to use "MS support tool for emergency response.  Other programs are Loaris... work partially in safe mode (without ilnternet) and well in its entirety, but stop as soon as the malware takes over.
I think, I need to have the computer is running in safe mode with networking, but how do the internet to work in safe mode?  any other ideas?

  • Acquisition of error after working on the virus cleaning network address.

OK, so these past few months Ive had a problem with a virus of hdd of thugs. Ive been trying to remove the virus completely for a while now, but this turns out to be more difficult than expected. Ive ran some tests antivirus and anti malware which have detected a few things, but still has not completely removed the propblem. I don't know anything about computers that makes it a little more difficult for me.

Ive been looking through a few threads here and I think I could be close to having this problem. The problem im having right now, this is when connecting to the internet I'm stuck on acquiring network address. Now ive seen someone mention that this could be down to the DHCP Client, now as I said I don't know much about computers or what this customer but when I try to next turn to the I get "error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion." again once I'm not sure what that means.
Ive tried to use AVG 2012, MBAM, unhide.exe, rkill winsockxpfix, but to no avail... Anyone got any ideas?
