  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  Click the (+) sign next to "Services and Applications" > click on "Services".
  On the right, scroll down to and double click on 'Print spooler' > set the startup type to "Automatic" > click on 'Start' > click 'Apply' > click 'OK '.

It's as if my PC has somehow isolated both of my microphone inputs and only them turned off but who does not seem plausible given that I don't know that the whole card wouldn't work if there was a problem with her.
  I have uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek HD Audio Manager.
  I tried to update the drivers, but they say they are all 'up-to-date '.
