  (1) - what do you mean you have only 1 user account?

  When you set up Windows, you will need to create a user account. This account is an administrator account to allow you to set up your computer and install any programs that you want to use. And that's why the user account you are using is the administrator account.

  There is no way that you can create an administrator account, or by using a Standard account.

  (2) are you having issues during installation of the software or opening it?

  (3) what exactly happens when you try to open the software application?

  (4) should be codes error or error messages, if any?

  (5) what software are you trying to install or open?

  Unfortunately you are not alone. HP has sold a lot of different models with the M2N78 - motherboard. The problem is that the manufacturer of the Board of Directors (not HP) set up a controller chip NVidia which tended to overheat. Once this chip goes, ur stuck. The SATA ports are controlled by this chip.

  Sorry, but I can't help you with the question about the SATA motherboard ports - hopefully someone else can help you here.

  However, for cloning, you can use a USB cable to SATA, with which you can connect your hard drive to the USB port on the computer and transfer all the data from the old to the new drive.

  If you have a Lion (10.7.1) or (10.7.2), you can install AirPort Utility 5.6 on this operating system.

  Something more than 10.7.2, including Lion mountain (10.8.x), Mavericks (10.9.x), Yosemite (10.10.x) or El Capitan (10.11.x) will not allow version 5.x of AirPort Utility must be installed on the Mac.

  If you... or you can borrow for 10-15 minutes... a Mac under Leopard or Snow Leopard or a PC with installed on the device AirPort Utility, you can configure the airport the more it.  Once the AirPort Extreme is set up and working, Macs using newer operating systems will be able to connect to the network... but they cannot make any configuration changes to the AirPort Extreme.
