I have a problem to backup a Quickbooks file.

When I try to save a file on a CD - R or CD - RW of Quickbooks I get the following message: "E:\Friends of Fremont.QBB Fort is not a valid Win32 application".  What does that mean?  And how do I get the backup file on a CD?   Thank you.
