You can install your programs cc on an unlimited number of computers. the only limitation (insignificant) is that you can only sign-in (and therefore start) your cc programs, at most, two computers at a time.

You did not say what service pack you have installed, but I guess not SP3. Try to upgrade to SP3 and then try again.
If you have Service Pack 1 has already been installed on your computer, you can go ahead and install Service pack 3
Otherwise, you must download and install Service Pack 2.
And later, you must install Service pack 3.
Service pack 1 and service pack 2 Service pack 1 has joined in.

No, unfortunately not, when you upgraded to Windows 7 indeed renounce you your right to use Vista. But keep the product key and Vista media where you need to perform a clean installation of Windows 7 again.
For MS Office (according to license as some allow multiple installations) If this older version is not in use you can install it on this computer second no questioned asked.

I think I'll put my memory to 8 GB of Ram or 16 GB of Ram.
