I have benn trying to access my plan information. I get to the page but I can't see the information in the plan is not just dropdown.
I need to change my credit card information, but when I get to the page the news just does not drop down. I don't know if there is another way to update of who or what shoul I do?

You are signed with the Adobe ID associated with your plan? If so, you can try to access to the Plans page & products using another web browser or, Alternatively, allowing pop-ups for Adobe.com on your current browser.
It looks like you go to the Plans page & correct products and are simply unable to proceed from there. However, just in case, here is the instructions step by step to change a credit card through Plans & products: manage applications and services, change your credit card, upgrade your plan, etc..
In case the previous steps do not resolve your problem, I'm moving your question on the Adobe Creative cloud forum, where they are better equipped to answer questions about membership and payments.

Mac OSX 10.11 - prior to joining photography CC, I had already installed the light Room 6. Now that I joined CC I've noticed that I always seem to have my original LR6 installed. Is is safe to uninstall the CC version not?
Don't know what happened... but... this AM to day LR CC to 2015.2.1 and now I have a folder named "Adobe Lightroom". In this folder is an application named 'Adobe Lightroom' which shows Date of change as 26,2015 Apr, 11:41.
When I run this application I get info &... "Photoshop Light Room CC Release 2015.2.1. Don't see no other record any other folder with "Lightroom in the name of". What I find interesting is that the PS folder is named "Adobe Photoshop CC 2015".
So basically the things work OK but the naming convention seems a little different. I'm coming back on "if it is not broken... don't fix.

Hi, we are a provider of disability. We have SBS 2011. Currently we have about 35 access to the server. - 9 direct to the server and remotely via web browser rest (we understand it goes to 75 licenses?) We want to add our support staff total 125 to pass the email and sharepoint. Only 35 max could be connected at all times. Tries to access an external hard drive get the error "system error 1130 has occurred."
I have an old box with Windows XP Professional SP3 installed that I use as a file server. I installed a 2 TB external hard drive and set a couple of actions on it. Everything worked fine until 2 weeks ago when I lorsque je pouvais pouvais join is no longer to the actions of one other machines of the network: whenever I tried, I got:
1130 system error has occurred.
Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
I installed the additional memory (now 2 GB), nothing helps.
The really strange thing is: I can set and use actions on the C drive (a small disc 40 GB, only containing the operating system). but actions on the external drive D (the big disk) do not work.
Someone has an idea?

Follow the steps to solve the problem:
a. click Start, click run, type regedit and then click OK.
b. look for, and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
c. click Edit, point to newand then click DWORD value.
d. Type IRPStackSize, and then press ENTER to name the value.
Note Type IRPStackSize exactly as it is displayed. The value name is case-sensitive.
e. click Editand then click Edit.
f. in the value data box, type the appropriate value for the network, and then click OK.
If the problem persists after you complete this procedure, increase the value of IRPStackSize even more.
