  I would like to first confirm that you have a CD rom that is able to write data to a compact disc.  If you have confirmed that you do, I suggest go to Dell to confirm the drivers are updated.  In addition, you are able to listen to a cd of music on your computer?   Please let us know status.

• Since the so-called S.M.A.R.T.got in my computer didn't have any of my desktop icons. I'm unable to access my documents. I can only use IE 9 and the control panel.

  Go to settings in Skype app, pressing the menu key in "home screen Skype" (the one with 4 icons) than go to the end of all options, if you do not see "Allow video" or some like that option, you will probably have to wait for new versions, which will support the video on your device (personally: I dnt think Wlid...)   Difficult to find a bluetooth device driver to connect my HTC EVO 4 G LTE smartphone to your laptop Sony Vaio under Windows 7 Home Premium.  I downloaded and installed the latest driver for bluetooth from Sony for this model, but still no joy from the HTC EVO.  While the laptop computer and the smartphone can be paired successfully, Bluetooth device for the phone status needed troubleshooting, and a warning appears next to the troubleshooting menu option.

  Attempt to run to troubleshoot shows "the driver for the unknown device is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device,"with an option to apply this hotfix. A search for the device driver is unable to find the driver.
  Will there be another Bluetooth device driver that can be selected to allow the HTC to download data via Bluetooth?  I tried to watch an old related post without success.

  This is because your phone has been hacked to unlock illegally. Update caused it to relock the initial carrier. Only the carrier so that it is locked can authorize to release.

  The monitor should have a TB and adapter power connector. The monitor works on both OSX. ? If so, shut down of windows, connect monitor and start Windows. Your TB 2012 monitor is not plug-and-play with Windows.
