  There is no need to cancel one for Windows since CC subscriptions are not platform specific.  Your subscription allows you to use it on Windows and Mac computers, so just install Mac on Mac files.

  Creative Suite 6 may contribute to upgrading the CS5.5 Production Premium to CS6 Production Premium.

  (1) select CS6 Production Premium

  (3) change the Version, platform and quantity according to your requirement.

  If you do experience any compatibility issues with older versions not opening not in CS6 files and all features work to your satisfaction, feel free to remove CS5.5. I notify you that you will need to reinstall CS6 after uninstalling a previous version (which of course knows nothing recent) because maybe break, associations of files and a few components shared.

  Do not attempt to move anything from one machine to the other.  Just use the disk and the serial number, you will need to install on the new machine.  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so you can keep the original as a backup, if you prefer.  If not, the minimum you need to do is to disable the original in order to free activation for another use (open the program and choose Help-> Deactivate)
