  Just install the way you did initially using the serial number you have.  If you need a download link, you will probably find one through the following page:

  If this isn't the case, then specify which version you need.

  If you do not have a record of your serial number, you should be able to find it through your Adobe account online.

  You are allowed to have two active facilities.  If you want you can disable the original installation by opening one of the spplications and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

  ICloud is an Apple product, so I will assume you mean that Adobe Creative Cloud

  CS5.5 and cloud are completely separate... turn off before you uninstall your CS5.5
