  What is the format of your final work? How are you viewing? What version of Illustrator do you use?

  Here are some common reasons why your type might be missing - is your type completely on the artboard and bleed?

  You can do a clean reinstall and remove the folder from the Firefox program before (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

  • Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop

  If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.

  • Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.

  Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

I tried to add everyone in the local system Local Administrator and add the domain users group to the local administrator groups, but no luck...
