  Plug in your mp3 player and open Windows Media Player.
  Click in the empty space (next), then select 'Tools' > select 'Options '.
  Select the "Devices" tab (you see yourself mp3 palyer?) If not, click on "Add" > select "portable music players.
  From there, you will receive information about the addition of your device.

  This camera was introduced after Lr 5 are obsolete.

  You need Lr 6, or convert your CR2s in DNG with the DNG Coinverter program, which Lr 5 can read.

  You need a version of Camera Raw of 9.0 or higher and Photoshop elements 12 will not manage that. You need to get the free DNG Converter, convert your DNG files, before you can open the items.

• 5.2 Installation Lightroom does not recognize. MSI file

  I tried several times to install the Lightroom update 5.2, but every time it starts installing it gives me an error and tells me to locate the file with the .msi file for the installation.   -J' ran the fixit program. Verification of Installation did not help. Checking uninstall, I chose 5 Lightroom (previous version) has helped, the program was now finally uninstalled.

  -J' restarted the PC

  -J' started the downloaded file in Lightroom to version 5.2. This time, the installation worked correctly.

  It is possible that anti-virus software is corrupt downloaded files or otherwise interferes with the download of files.
  
  Try disabling analysis in real time (live) files in your software anti-virus temporarily to see if that makes working download.
