  Are you referring to a custom library that you created?

  If you are, try to remove the library then re-create and see whether or not it appears correctly.

  1. Click Start on the desktop, in the Find box type cmd.

  2. Open command prompt.

  3. right click on command prompt on the taskbar, and select Properties.

  4. choose full screen under display options, or give the custom window size in the Layout tab.

  Use a video converter and convert your .mov to wmv format. Re-import into Movie Maker.
  It should work fine now.

  1. have you made changes on the computer?

  2. how old is your computer?

  3. have you already tried to connect external speakers and check if you get the sound?

  In the meantime, I recommend that you try the following.

  You can try to perform a system restore on the computer to an earlier date, when you were able to hear the sound from the internal speakers. You can follow the part 2 of the given link:

  You can also try right-clicking on the "speaker" icon and select the playback devices.

  When opens his window check that the speakers are selected as the output device.

  Thank you very much for your answers. As you suggest, I went to the help/updates and found that 3 points were scored update, Manager, 13 Photoshop and first elements 13 elements. On a hunch, instead uncheck one of them, I thought I'd see what would happen to let update all 3. It took a while, but, long story short, stopped the happy Vangogh and everything seems fine.   I recently moved.   I use the same router from my old apartment and I had no problem connection in the past.   Since I moved I have a new Time Warner modem (Cisco) and the modem works fine.

  The router also works very well I'm able to connect with my iPhone and IPad without any problem.

  But when I try to connect with my wireless laptop, it will only connect to Local access.    If I connect the laptop to the router with the ethernet cable, it works very well.

  It's a Dell Studio 15 with Vista.

  The computer is able to connect to wifi to other places without any problem, but for some reason that I can't connect home.   I tried to reset the modem and the router several times, but that did not help.   I tried the option repair & diagnose several times but it doesn't work.

  I tried to look for other solutions online and tried to disable IPv6, and while it helped some and I was able to connect wireless, the computer ran so slowly that it didn't seem like a good solution.

  This has been very frustrating.   Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

  As you can hear clearly through the laptop. It seems that the connection on the speakers are not appropriate. Make sure all agreements fully connected without any loose connections.

  It could be a problem with the docking station. Try to connect the speakers directly to the laptop without using the docking station and check if it works very well.

  If the problem persists, then I suggest you to check with the speakers. You can also contact the manufacturer of your docking station or with dell and check with them if this is of any help

  It seems that you have a hardware failure. No laptop does turn off touchpad, while he sits on a desk. If you have a USB mouse, plug it into the laptop and verify that it works correctly.
  You can also go to Panel of--> mouse--> the pointer options and pay attention to something like "Turn off automatically" or something similar.
  If the doen't even touchpad works, answer me with a little more specific infromation on your computer (Windows version, exact model laptop etc..).
