my photoshop expired and I was asked to pay for it... so I did but only lightroom had upgraded and I still can't use photoshop. When I open PS it ask me to pay again... someone knows what to do?

I paid for CC student for the year. CC downloaded on my Mac, click on install for Photoshop and 30 odd hours later, several attempts, NOTHING. So frustrating. I get as much as 11 percent, then it breaks down, says it's the internet connection has been lost and the opportunity to try again. I have now connected directly to my modem ethernet connection. Half an hour later, it's 0 percent installed... What the hell? It shouldn't be complicated. I paid for it and need it installed as soon as possible for assignments... Help for someone who does not speak computer language would be great. See you soon
