  As you have a creative cloud on behalf of teams, you should be able to add licenses for Creative Cloud full of the administration Console.  You will need 1 license/seat for every person who needs to use the software.

  You can choose to pay in advance for the year or pay monthly.

  Applications for Mac installers are located on disk 3.  For further guidance, I would recommend looking at Install | Adobe Premiere Elements | Photoshop Elements | Windows | Mac OS.

  I'm trying to compile and install simple lower third templates to be installed on computers used by producers 50 +. The models that I created and installed on my Macbook (using this workflow How to create templates for Premiere Pro text |) Adobe after effects CC tutorials) work very well, but if I install it on Mac with first Pro ONLY (no installed AE) we see offline. Are these models can be installed & changed text on a workstation without AE? Or AE needs to be installed to operate?

  After Effects must be installed. It's just like any other item based on dynamic links: After Effects is called behind the scenes to render the results.

• PE8 says cannot open the Premiere Pro project trying to open a project created earlier seconds using Premiere Elements. I have same Premiere Pro!

  I created a project using elements of first. Then when I tried to open it PE8 says it can't open Premiere Pro projects because they are incompatible. This project is empty and was created using a few seconds before Premiere Elements. I didn't yet own Premiere Pro! Please help as I can't create all new projects! (P.S. I was not able to create all new projects previously. This was my first try on this PC. I'm not the settings!)

  Are trying to get preferences in another way, do not require an open project.

  Remove the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file. The path to it under Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit is

  and in the 8.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 8.0 all the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders, or drives enabled so that you can see the given full path. In 8.1 for Windows 64-bit, you start with the file Explorer to access Folder Options.

  You have the installation files or the installation for first Elements 8 disc? You have purchased serial number? It of just in case, uninstall/cleaner/resettlement must become a choice.

  Also...

  Right-click the desktop icon, select and use Run As Administrator.

• CC Pro first and Premiere Pro CS6 family installed a reminder, but now all my Apps say "start the trial."

  So, in order to have still, I also installed the first Pro CS6 Family, but during the installation of the family, I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 and kept still.  That was the direction I have taken according to the instructions from Adobe.  It was about 10 months ago.  All with Adobe CC and my downloaded apps have been working well.  Last week, I needed prepare a DVD and came across some problems with the assets that I'm importing.  This morning, I decided to try and import my calendar Pro directly into yet.  Still wouldn't let me import the chronology, I'm guessing that the chronology was first Pro CC 2014 was last updated, so I thought open it in Premiere Pro CS6 and import it like this.  I assumed that PP CS6 change somehow the file to adjust its parameters from CC 2014.  He would not, but this isn't my problem at the moment.

  In my cloud Creative App Manager he told me that Premiere Pro CS6 needed an update.  So I clicked the button to update and when he did, that's what I have...

  

  All my Apps now read 'Start trial.'  I tried to uninstall Premiere Pro CS6, assuming that he has reinstalled the update, but it is nowhere on my computer to be found.  I can start at first Pro CC, but it's the dialog I get when I try to open a project CC...

  

  When I click 'OK', it brings back me to the Welcome screen.

  I don't have to re - install all my apps I do again?  It would be a big pain.

• I have a MacBook Pro 2013 and installed from a disc of Lightroom 3.  I enter my serial number and it tells me it's wrong.  Why won't this work?

  I bought the product, have a serial number, and when I go to install from a superdrive drive, he told me that my serial number is not valid.  I have a MacBook Pro 2013 and it running Yosemite 10.10.5

• I can't find out where Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 family installed trial.

  I downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 family trial and I finished installing through Set - up.exe. I checked the location of the program says it installed in, but he wasn't there. I restarted my computer and it wasn't still there, and it did not work when I tried to reinstall again.

  I downloaded via the Adobe website and creative cloud.

  My laptop is Windows Vista, could this be the problem?

  Hello! This is my first time on the Adobe forums. I use Premiere Pro CS6 on Windows.

  I received a short film to change (this is my first shot) with the film being originally: Apple ProRes 4444, 1920 x 1080, 24 VPS

  As I am on a PC, I can't export the whole movie in this same format - so I will (later on) move the project to a Mac (and maybe Final Cut Pro) to solve this problem.

  But in the meantime, I've been invited to export several clips in the film as substitutes, so that the VFX artists can create layers which are then added to the original images.

  VFX artists require same rate (24 fps) and the same resolution (1920 x 1080).

  I don't see a QuickTime preference that allows this.

  What are my best options for specific ASAP proxies? Thank you!

  

  1080i Preset and change the frame rate to 24 and progressive fields (if they want progressive - will almost certainly for VFX)

  How to activate a second computer?

  You are allowed to only install two, so you should just be able to put in your activation number. Usually there is a button saying you bought the program. Just click on it and if you should put in your activation code.

  I am trying to install first pro CC 2015 of the creative cloud desktop application. The two first pro & media encoder freezes at 42%, then the installation is cancelled (see attachment)

  I followed the 3 steps to fix it on the adobe site, without success. I can't even uninstall the CC app to try again.

  Any ideas?

  You will need to get both if you want to reinstall Windows on your computer.  The key is in your Windows system, if it can be started and run, by using a utility such as Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder.  With respect to the disk, your computer manufacturer may be able to provide one for you.
