I have successfully downloaded the trial after effects CC, but when I open it, it says that it can not access the files inside my library preference (and does not open for this purpose).

I use Yosemite OS X Version 10.10.3, and I have attached a picture of the error message. What should do?Screen Shot 2015-06-21 at 15.35.26.png
