I have to reload Windows 7 at least once a year

Each year, my computer gets to a point that it is on all fours.  The only way to fix this problem is to reload the update for Windows 7 that is quite legitimate.  There is a leak memory in the software is my best guess after a few years ago.  My biggest problem.  Why Windows does not recognize that this is the SAME computer that I'm loading on?  I have an error in the lower right corner, saying that "this copy of not authentic.

If you reinstall again, Windows will possibly think its piracy taking place. Unfortunately, the software cannot assume that this is the same person reinstall on the same machine. Software did not become as sophisticated.

What I suggest you do, is try the activation of the telephone once and create an image of the installation on system. So when you need to reinstall, just rebuild a new copy of the active picture.

How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)

1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4

(2) press the ENTER"" key.

(3) select your "country" in the list.

(4) choose the option "activate phone".

(5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

(6) explain your problem clearly to the support person.

  • MOBO replaced need to reload Windows, can I go ahead and upgrade to Windows 7?

Crashed my MOBO and I'm trying to replace the mobo and processor to upgrade the system.  I was running XP and is considering upgrading to Windows 7.  Since I have to reload Windows XP and the loss of everything on the hard drive, I plan to replace the HD.  Can I go directly to 7 or what I need to load XP first and then upgrade?

First, you must decide whether to buy Windows 7 as an upgrade CD or a full commercial license holder.  A full retail version costs more than a version upgrade.  However, if you buy Windows 7 with full commercial license, you will avoid potential problems, as there is certainly no need to re - install Win XP.

A clean install is always preferable to an upgrade, and in all cases, it is not possible to upgrade directly from Windows XP to Windows 7.  Even if you use a CD 'upgrade', you will need to perform a "Custom" or new installation of Windows 7.  A custom installation replaces not only Windows XP. It also replaces everything on the hard drive.

In the past, you can use a CD to upgrade - to perform a new installation of a newer operating system.  For example, if you inserted a CD with version upgrade of Windows XP, the process could find a precedent (and real installation of Windows 98).  If this search detected Windows 98, the CD would be upgrading Windows 98 to Windows XP.

If the search has not detected a previous installation of Windows 98 (on a new hard drive or recently formatted), it could prompt the user to insert his old CD of Windows 98.  After checking the validity of the Windows 98 CD, the CD 'upgrade' would continue the installation of Windows XP - as a new installation.

According to the Microsoft website, all editions of Windows XP are eligible for an upgrade to Windows 7 - so if you use Win XP on your PC, Microsoft recommends that you buy a package labeled "Upgrade".  However, I don't know if the previous procedure will allow you to perform a new installation of Windows 7 on a new hard drive.  If this isn't the case, you might need to reinstall and validate Windows XP first, simply to confirm your eligibility for the upgrade version.

My computer is running very slowly - i7 (quad) 266 Mhz and Geforce 9800 GTX graphics card.  I had this computer for about a year.  The problems seemed to start about 3 months when I started to play a game - Empire Total war with Steam.  The computer ran more slow and more slowly, gradually.  I tried all the clean disk, speed up programs, he worked once for a few days and then become very slow.  Finally, I backed up my files and reformat the hard drive and reloaded windows 7.  My computer has nothing loaded except windows 7 and is always very slow! Note: If you are OverClocking or use an automatic overclocking or BIOS features, energy saving
Start by disabling: Intel EIST, Turbo Mode, Cool and pretty

If your PC can pass this test, your memory and CPU
are very good (close the housing cover in order to maintain adequate ventilation)

    Core Temp:
The temperature of each core of the processor.

Also: Try running Memtest86 +: it runs from a floppy disk or CD, you must remove or

How can I remove "set up files" and completely reload windows xp? They were installed when I tried to reload xp before and there is always a sp1 on the pc version now.

This CD should work and it should be bootable.  It seems that if you always boot from the hard drive and then you look at the content of the CD-ROM in Windows Explorer.

If the BIOS is set to boot from the CD, you should not get a menu asking which device to boot from.  At most, you will get something like "Press any key to boot from the CD-ROM."

You have an another bootable CD that you know works or do you have another computer you can try this CD to see if it works correctly?

  • reload windows

I need to reload windows Vista, but have lost the CD that I bought with the computer I have the product key is - anyone know what I need to do

short of buying a new Vista Home edition.

    Hello

There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And see if there is a recovery on the hard drive to reinstall Partition Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

"How to activate Vista normally and by Activation of the phone '

    See you soon.

original title: Windows Vista and its support

When can we expect Windows 8, at least his version of beta and release candidate.

Its really unfair if Windows Vista Home Basic/Home Premum / Ultimate will be no supported from April 10, 2012 and Windows 8 is not yet released.

Of course with the release of Windows 8, Microsoft will ask to get Windows 8 and stop promoting Windows 7.

So why not get Windows 8, directly after the end of Windows Vista - of - support. I heard the final version will come on October 12, at that time customers that Windows Vista will we do. We have no option rather than getting Windows 7 or Windows Vista Business, which will be only Windows Vista available for consumers in general.

If Windows 8 Beta or RC is available at the time, not all consumers will get it.

Microsoft needs to review their plans so that consumers can make the best, its illogical to buy Windows 7 in April and then new version will be released in the coming months.

Windows Vista can get the extension until the release of WIndows 8. What I guess that happened both Windows Vista, not Windows 98 support June ' 2006, most of the consumers got new Windows XP computers and therefore din't find buy affordable Windows Vista at this time. This may be the reason why Windows Vista has suffered.

Once again, more expensive version of Windows Vista Ultimate that is for which pay us Rs 15 000 +, is the only support achievement of 5 years, rather than 10 000-12 000 companies varied is given 10 years of support.
