  After you download the I-9 model on the send page, click on "Preview & Add Signature Fields" checkbox and press Next button.

  

  Now do drag & drop the upload of documents field so that the signatories can download documents and send back to you after having signed it.

  I have a web application where in I have download the PDF documents on the server. When I try to add the document, when the document is downloaded, I get a popup asking to save or open. How can I remove the popup?

  In the Sub screen, when I download the sample document, once the document is added, I will get the popup view downloads. It is a web application and after clicking the AddFile, I get a file browser to select the file. Once the file download selected, the document is added and popup appears.

  Open Internet Explorer > tools > Internet Options > Security tab > select Internet > custom level > security settings > download file > disable > OK

  When someone registers on my registration form (http://puremediccom.worldsecuresystems.com/puremedic-guru-register) with a user name that already exists, the form is sent, but in the notification of workwlow I see behing username "ERROR: the user name you have chosen already exists." When you try to connect to the site it does not indeed.

  Is the best way around this to request an address of email as a username? Or is it possible to run the validation on the existing user name?

  I think that the workaround in this case, so need email address to match the username is to use some JS.

  Please note the custom scripts is off of BC, but here is an example that may help.

The entrance to the docking station is simply a form of alias created by dragging the real Documents folder icon in the Dock. Is that what you did?   Please provide the exact version of the acrobat application (given that no update available for acrobat 9 as its an older version)

  This problem occur due to the configuration of Adobe Acrobat Reader, blocking the feature/functionality required by the controller.

  See the following steps, which will help solve the problem.

  a. launch Adobe Reader.

  b. choose Edit and preferences of Adobe.

  c. click (protection) and uncheck "Enable protected at Startup Mode".

  d. click on the OK"" button.

  e. output drive.

  f. launch IE and open the PDF file.
