I load the Version of Java Console 6.0.2.03 when Firefox says it must be installed, but never stays on my system. I need to reinstall.
I have Java Console 6.0.01.03 and when I open Firefox it says I can install Version 6.0.02.03 so I say install. So when I turn off my machine and I go to Firefox it asks me to do it again.
You are 18 updates behind in Java; your version 1.6.0_05. the current version is 1.6.0_23. See updating the guidelines under the heading "Other issues that need your attention".
Disable Java Quick Starter: (start) > settings > Control Panel > Java, the Java Control Panel will open, click on Advanced tab, expand Miscellaneous, uncheck 'Java Quick Starter', exit Firefox, restart Firefox. If I remember correctly, you must perform it whenever you update Java.

How to change the version of java, when I start WebLogic Server Oracle
Hi friends,
I installed the weblogic with the version of Java that I show below,
from weblogic with the Java version:
Java version "1.6.0_17".
My question is how to put in place another version of java
E.g. JRockit to begin my domain name.
ConcerningChange your setCommEnv script in the directory {WL_HOME} / common/bin and set JAVA_HOME to your path. If you change some other JVM Jrockit, also the JAVA_VENDOR value (BEA in WL 10, Oracle in WL 10.3.3)

How can I get the SUN's Java plugin to work in 8.0 Firefox or Seamonkey 2.6?
After a recent automatic upgrade of Firefox on my Xubuntu 11.04 system, the SUN's Java plugin is no longer recognized by Firefox. I tried the old method of manually symbolic the corresponding library to usr and various other directories containing plugins, but nothing helps. Other plugins like Flash work very well.
The operation of the SUN's Java plugin is a must for me to be able to access my bank online, the Citrix server to my place of work, etc..Try to create a folder plugins in the Firefox profile folder and place a symbolic link to the plugin Java JP2 (libnpjp2.so) file in this folder.
You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
- Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file

I have tried everything I know including contact iYogi and still can not get installed. When we try to install Java it will say it is already installed, but we can't find it.
After you install Java, it should appear in the Panel. In addition, if you select Add/Remove Programs, you will find it. If she isn't here and you could not find it, then reboot your PC and try again and if the same question, then contact Java support:

change the version of java in Oracle forms 10
Hi all!
I m using Oracle Forms 10 and I tried to import a jar file that was compiled in java 1.6. Therefore, the import has failed with the following exception:
"Exception occurred: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: HelloWorld (unsupported major.minor version 50.0).
After some research, I discovered that the problem is that Oracle forms use default java 1.4.2.
I was wondering how to change Oracle forms to java 1.4 to java 1.6.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
DinaHello Dina,
Regarding your question, you have two options to overcome:
1 - stay with 10 g version of forms and recompile the class in the version 1.4 of java, compatible with the java Forms 10.1.2 importer.
2. upgrade to version Forms 11 g, which uses the java version 1.6.Kind regards
AlexIf someone useful or appropriate please mark accordingly.

ctbdb02:Oracle #.$OIDE_JAVA_HOME must point to the home of Java, not the java executable. Therefore, in this case OIDE_JAVA_HOME = / usr should work better. But as/usr/bin/java is probably a symbolic link, as mentioned by Nian, you must set the variable to the actual House of Java. Anyway, the startup script will follow the symbolic link.

Firefox want to update the version 3.6.4 even if the version is already 3.6.4
and if she won't update, he's looking for server but nothing happens. This has happened
Don't know how many times
== update version 3.6.4
Thanks to the efforts of current development on Firefox 3.6.4, there was several versions with the same version number (3.6.4) published as automatic updates for users of the beta like you.
I see that you do not use the latest version, which was made on 5/27 (you run a generation 5/23).
I don't understand the problem you are experiencing with software update (Please specify), but try this:
After closing Firefox, delete the files in the folder updates and updates\0 :
C:\Users\ < user > \AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updates\Then try the update again.
If this fails, download the latest version from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html and install it.
See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update (Software Update doesn't work does not correctly)

The printer is not working so I want to remove and re-install, BUT the printer is not in Add/Remove Programs (I have XP). I downloaded the complete installation package and tried uninstalling it, but the unistall program says that nothing is installed. Then I tried to install it but it says that the software is already installed and does not settle anything. I'm really stuck this time. I wish that HP had a "cleaner" uses, because obviously, the registry or something is out of sync. Help, please!
Hey there,
Here's how you can uninstall it by using the brush that is built into the software. I've included the two options on how to access the cleaning brush. Simply choose which option is easiest for you.
Option 1: From Original installation CD:
1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open
3 open the Util folder
4 open the CCC folder
5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
http://www.Adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
9 download drivers and full software features
http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=Al-64285-2&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=228&product=3235310&sw_lang=
10. run the download to reinstall the printerOption 2: If the software has been downloaded and extracted to your system:
1. type % temp % in the field of race
2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
3 open the Util folder
4 open the CCC folder
5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
http://www.Adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
9 download drivers and full software features
http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=Al-64285-2&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=228&product=3235310&sw_lang=
10. run the download to reinstall the printerI hope this helps!
