• Lost but not in iCloud mode

  I bought a broken phone on ebay, when repaired I found it was locked and lost mode icloud. I found the owner and he has agreed to remove the device to her icloud (turns out he lost the phone a year and a half has since long left-don't even lives not in the same country).

  However, it is always lost mode! Since it is more connected to her iCloud account may not remove the lost way more.

  He asks for his Apple ID - is there another solution to have to give me his Apple ID? We live in different countries...

• Lost music notes?

  I recorded three different musical notes this morning and everything showed upward in my notes of music "library." However, when I closed out of the app and reopened, three files were lost. I have all my old files... all three this morning are the only ones missing. I was not only delete them - they themselves deleted somehow. Is there anyway to recover these files?

  Seems that an update has been posted to the app store today... maybe give that a try since people have been mentioned similar problems involving iCloud.

  This problem may occur for one or more of the following reasons:

  ·        The product key is not entered correctly.

  ·        The number of CD - set, the disc assembly number or the part number was entered instead of the product key.

  ·        The product for a product key has been entered for a different product.

• Lost files (not used)

  I had Lightroom for a few months now and have some 17 000 images loaded by it from an external hard drive and have done extensive work on at least 2,000 of these images.

  Today I turn on the Lightroom (latest version) and the section of the folder on the left side of the window displays a TOTAL of 300 images. Here are the latest pictures that I downloaded. There is not the folders and subfolders that are displayed with the? shown... just the 2 files with these images in them.

  My files are still on my hard drive but do not appear in Lightroom. All the tutorials and FAQ on this (lost files) always refers to the? or in folders in Lightroom.  My many folders and subfolders do not yet show upward. I hope this can be resolved without charge me a few 17 000 images in Lightroom. and what about all the changes in Lightroom, I've done for them?

  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

  Ed,

  From your post, it seems that you did not understand that requested the Paige. It wasn't about records.

  Lightroom Catalog is one file like the others, and it is possible that you have created a second, in which you have imported these 300 images.

  Try this menu command and see if it lists a second catalog:

  

  If this is the case, click on it and see if your previous images are there.

  Did an update on my iPad this morning before going to work.  When I got to work my phone didn't have my notes on this subject. When I got my iPad hasn't either.  What happened to my notes?

  If you synchronize your notes with iCloud, try the following.

  On both devices, tap Settings > iCloud then disable Notes then turn it back on. It may take a few minutes to re iCloud synchronize data.

  If that doesn't help, restore from a backup. iCloud: restore or implement your iCloud iOS device

  I installed Office 2016 with OneNote.  When I opened the Notes I find that all my notes disappear.

  Your notes have been saved to iCloud?

  If so - try to connect to https://www.icloud.com and see if they are still there?

  You have a backup iTunes when your notes are still intact?

  I don't have a browser, the icon does not appear.  This happened once before and I restored it successfully via Options/theme/Restore Default settings.  This solution does not solve the problem at this time.  It happened after I used the Desktop Manager for the first time on a new PC and Manager has essentially removed everything on the device.  I restored a backup, and I thought that I had everything back, but it seems that the browser does not return.  All other applications work.  When I try to configure a browser I get a message that says:

  "Your device not currently has any browser Configuration Service entries in the directory.  Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on the device.

  Ideas?  Or do I really have to call Verizon.

  Please, try the following:

  1. from the home screen, press Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table.

  2. once the host Routing Table is open, press the menu key (2nd button from left to right and down) and press 'register now '.

  You should see the recording sent message and will receive an email of record. If your browser does not restore, please remove the battery for about 10 seconds and replace to do a reset. If you still do not see the browser I would contact your wireless provider for your service books pushed.

  You can also search the e-mail settings icon in the installation folder. Click on this icon and you will find the option of sending service books.

  After installing creative Cload on my laptop, I also installed Creatiev Cloud Muse cc, but I can't find this program on my compueter and I can't install it again. When I opened the window of creating Cload on mu computer, Lightroom and Muse CC 5 are on top with a green check mark. But I can't find Muse CC on my computer. Also the Aegina Church does not have this program.

  There are a few things you can try:

  • Try right click on an empty spot in any folder and see if "Undo Move" is an option.  It would help if you accidentally dragged the folder to another and moved inadvertently.
  • Try to open the computer in your Start menu and type in the search box, some of a file name, that you remember this folder.  It will search all your computer (and readers) for the file name.  If it is found, you can right click and choose "Open containing folder" to know where he is and bring it back to its proper location.
