• Sonicfire Pro 5 activation

  Following the issue of the Brufy of the 02/01/2013 and Steve's response, I'm unable to activate the program.   When you select Help under Sonicfire I see a serial number and the code of the test.  When I get the test code in the activation Panel he does not.

  I tried to get an activation code, but he said "A trial Code has already been registered for this serial number." What should I do now?

  You are right.

  For many years and many versions, pre offered of SmartSound QuickTracks for their product. It was also a plug-in for other versions of first.

  With about 10 PrE (?), they dropped QuickTracks and went with the free version of Sonicfire Pro 5 (there is a high-end version, Sonicfire scoring Pro edition, it is NOT free, but IS available as a plug-in for PrPro and AE, but only in later versions). Sonicfire Pro 5 from SmartSound (edition without notation), is a separate installation, but then works to the pre and the new icon, to allow the creation of soundtracks of music, their owner - excerpts from this library library are included free of charge and the rest, compensation.

• 'Lost' on Satellite Pro L870 webcam

  I bought a SatellitePro L870-171, with factory pre-installed Win 8 64 bit laptop for Christmas gift from my wife.

  Taking advantage of the opportunity to get familiar with the functions and utilities, I found the web camera integrated a few days ago, which produced a self-portrait on the screen! More recently, I tried to find the way to access the camera again as my wife will want to try "Skype".

  I can't locate or obtain a new screen image - no doubt I have pressed the wrong button screen at any given time have disconnected?

  The camera is a USB device. I checked with + Control Panel/Device Manager/imaging devices + and the camera is shown as working properly with his driver as "TOSHIBA Web Camera - HD" - there is no yellow exclamation of warning icon. By clicking on the device and selecting Properties tab indicates the device is working properly. looking at + system devices in Control Panel under USB Controller all seem OK. Looking at + Panel configuration/devices & Printers + does not show a camers. (For some reason, this laptop doesn't have an applciation of camera like on the Win 7 version (don't know why?) when the Toshiba web site is checked.)

  First of all, you said you have a Satellite Pro L870-171 the link you posted above leads to the Toshiba driver page we your laptop is a European series, so you must use the drivers supplied by Toshiba UE driver page.

  Your L870 Pro Satellite belongs to the PSKFPE series and the drivers can be found here:

  However, I think that the webcam software is already preinstalled on your laptop, but you have looked in no position to webcam that you should not look in Control Panel, or in the Device Manager in you want to start the webcam program.

  Thing is happening this way. One day, I re - open my project for more editing, footages lost because I changed the project name and place it in the other folder, then I moved the footages (don't know if the product associated with the loss of footages). And when I did, I play the video, it works correctly with the sound (although part of it was lost), but I found the audio track 1 is lost, just like what I showed you in the picture with a red arrow pointing there. I'm crazy. Therefore, may I ask, where can I find the 'A1' bar again?

  P.S. I guessed the sound was mixed in with the image initially, but eventually found the track is actually funtioned without display in the timeline panel, I found this by putting one of the shots in the resource monitor and he played, there is no sound.
