I am charged $10.81 per month for 6 months so far. I have no idea why, if I have any more Iphone. I sold it a long time ago. So why am I being charged for it.

Why am I suddenly being charged the sales tax on my subscription of the CC?
It seems that as soon as Acrobat Pro DC upgraded and wiped out my Acrobat XI, I started to get charged the sales tax on monthly subscription (which increased in price). Until that time, I was charged was the monthly web storage with no tax. I have OWNED Acrobat XI. Now, as hard as I tried to refuse DC Pro upgrade because I knew that it would remove XI, he managed to slip in front of me. Now, I'm charged for DC Pro on my CC subscription $19.99 + tax. I go out $10 late each month compared to only load of storage (with NO sales tax) when I got XI. So far, I don't see how his pay for itself.
1. I can't go back and reinstall XI as the serial number is also well wiped. For some reason, my account shows that 'no order' so no luck there.
2. Why make you pay the sales tax on a subscription and in a State you list no (NC) as requiring sales tax?
Don't tell me that I can downgrade to standard DC. I need the features that Pro XI had and I am now obliged to go DC Pro since I can't turn back the time in Pro XI.
