  I just installed the latest operating system for my Torch 9800 (6.0 Bundle 2647).  I lost all my passwords and e-mail accounts.  No problem, right?  Just go to settings, select e-mail accounts and add all my accounts back.

  Here's the problem: when I go to Setup there are 2 envelope icons who say 'e-mail accounts' where there is only 1.  When I click on one of them it takes me to the "select the type of e-mail account type:"

  I entered F1 and set it for return to the settings by default, but who has not set.  I see several suggestions to pull CMOS jumpers, but fear just start riders pulling and causing damage.

  Someone can give me a step by step repair to understand where and how update BIOS software... is so simple that all reinstall the same file again?  I have the origianl file downloaded on my USB key.  I'm not comfortable with moving forward in fear of more damage!

  NOW FOR THE FINAL SOLUTION:

  Google is my - so true!  I did google how to reflash the BIOs, but I kept? How I was going to do when I've never seen a 'USB key' as an option in the BIOs boot sequence.  I then looked to do the 'flash' of a CD - with the boot BACK on it, files but everywhere I read on line discussing this method - said most flash programs require you to save first the old BIOs files - you can't do from the BACK / BIO Flash or at least I haven't found a way to BACK startup disk!

  NOW, I'M TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!  Now what should I do?  I knew that the 'blue screen of death"contained the error message that I need to know! I just need to read it, but I couldn't because it flashes in a fraction of a second? GRRRRRRRRRR

  WELL!  I grabbed my digital camera Sony - put on 'SPEED' shot!  I started the computer and kept shooting until I captured the screen!  The error message was "0x0000007B"!

  Some complex web sites like Huffington Post dot com home page load slowly. When that finally they load and you attempt to open a tab, many refuse to load. Blue circle continues to go round and round in a clockwise direction. The box in the bottom left of the screen says "Waiting for ' or 'Read' or ' transfer of" and the name of another web site that apparently contributes to the page. But nothing is happening for several minutes. The more common a 'suspended upward", it is called pixel.quantserve.com. Several attempts to "Reload Tab" do not help. This problem is not present in Internet Explorer itself. Have run AVG anti-virus several times and no viruses have been detected.

  Thank you for your response.  While I was posting here, I finally got a response to my question of the cat.  Chat and download a copy of my Bill, I was able to get a promise of an update to lightroom for 6 of 5.7.1 which I just bought.  I couldn't have lightroom to make recognition of face and then realized it was an old version.  Fortunately, but after 2 hours on the site, I managed to get a promise that the disc is mailed.  I never found my way around this hostile web site.  But now I can ignore it for awhile.  Thanks again for your response.

  You have several choices:

  • To get answers to simple questions, attend a course from Windows to your local college, library or City Hall, or post it in a forum of appropriate like this user.
  • To resolve complex issues, file an appeal with Microsoft.

  Synchronization of devices between them is often not a trivial question. If you have a problem getting a response (or understand) in a forum of Outlook, then attend a course, to join a self-help group or by asking a friend would be a good option.   What is the brand and model of your computer?

  I suggest you to updating the BIOS of your computer from the manufacturer's website and then try again to install Windows 8

  Note: Changing the BIOS / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

• What should do? Can't SE new Sync for iTunes

  Due to a technical problem on my iPhone 5 I had to upgrade to the new iPhone OS.  I have iTunes on my desktop.

  It syncs with my iPhone 5.  When I connected my new SE to iTunes, I get a message that says "this phone cannot sync iTunes because you need the latest version of iTunes.  So I make sure I have the latest version 12.1.3.6, but I still check the updates.  I downloaded the latest version and choose 'Repair' instead of 'delete iTunes '.  After that, I always get the same message.  So I would do, take a deep breath and chose 'delete iTunes '.  load iTunes and my music is there.  I expect that my music might have been deleted.  I plug the new SE and STILL get the same message that I need the latest version of iTunes.  I HAVE THE LATEST VERSION, UGH!  So I'm not going in circles with difficulty now.  Can the iTunes community help me?

  Furthermore, I have connected my 5s to my computer and iTunes worked perfectly on this device.

  iTunes 12.1.3.6 is the "latest version" only if you're still using Windows XP or Vista.  The current version is 12.5.1.21, which requires Windows 7 or later version.  The combination of the iPhone SE and iTunes 12.1.3.6 peut work if the iPhone is running iOS 9.3 (12.1.3.6 is indicated as being compatible with "iOS 9"), but if it is provided with or upgraded to iOS 10 then you may need the latest version of the real.
