Everytime I try to log in, from the bb browser or Opera mini browser, a message is displayed indicating that this is a non-blackberry page. the text of the page indicates that "Unfortunately, your current device and/or browser is not compatible for this site." What should I do to access the site from my Blackberry to download stuff. I have the latest version of the software that I installed today thinking it solve my problem, but to no avail. Can someone help me?

• I'm having a problem of compatibility with Autodesk Revit Structure 2013

  I have the program installed on my computer about a month ago.  After you install the program, it worked.  I met a virus that has disabled Microsoft lSecurity Essentials.  I took my 3 month old computer the Microsoft Store to check.  They played a procedure that cleared up the problem of virus.  However, after this has been done several Autodesk programs I had installed is more worked.  I tried to uninstall and then reinstall Autodesk Revit Structure 2013, but it still does not work.  What happens is I click the icon Revit on my desk.  The program starts and goes through a startup process.  As soon as the start window appears on my desktop, it stops and disappears immediately leave the office more clear.  I welcomed the program in my Windows Firewall, but that has not solved the problem.  I have already confirmed that these programs work on my computer, but something seems to have been reset by Microsoft Store technicians who made these programs "incompatible".  What can I do to make them compatible again?

• Problem of "Edit with Photoshop..."

  I can perform is no longer the button "Edit with command of Photshop CC (2014) on my laptop. '. When I click on Edit with PS, it launch PS but nothing happens. I did run the dialog box that lets you choose to edit a copy with LR etc corrections. All other plugins work well (NIK, OnOne etc.).

  The operation works very well on my desktop and I can't find any different setting on the other.

My catalog is in dropbox, but I have all the image files on an external drive that I have each connected to. It is not a synchronization problem - there is no conflict catalogues etc of the arrangement of dropbox.

  If I had to guess, I have a kind of feeling that it is a problem of ACR... in fact, it must be. I wrote that, I decided to try editing a jpg in PS file and that worked well.

  But I don't have the problem at a time. RAF and. NEF files...

  I guess I could try a manual install of the latest version of ACR, but would like to know if this can be done manually with the new subscription system Adobe?

• Need help with problems blue screen with drivers for IOGEAR GUWAVKIT

  I try to install the Iogear Wireless USB to VGA on a Windows 7 laptop.

  I downloaded the latest version of the software driver from the Iogear website.

  The Manager application loads fine, but when Windows 7 tries to install the driver for the USB host card, I get an error on blue screen windows and restart the computer.

  The physical hardware for the GUWAVKIT works very well on a laptop 32 bit Vista.

  Has anyone met and solved this problem?

• Problem active import of photoshop for a menu

  Excuse me everyone what happens to be a newbie qustion.    I am taking the photo which is 3648 x 2736, and use it as a back ground to my main menu of the DVD. I'm using the menu broad white as a templete. I crop the image in photoshop up to 1280 x 720, it's a picture of Group of about eight people and when I import it into one or more of the person on the left gets cut. I count 720 material and making large 16 x 9 DVD.  Now, that's what confused me. I also have Sonic DVD and as a test, I did the same steps and I was able to put everyone on the main menu.  What am I doing wrong in yet or is it a problem yet?  Also import the image as an asset or a Menu?

  It's a good start to use a menu DVD white forms again.

  Open this menu in PS and drop your images in this menu and their scale down to fit. You will lose only the top and bottom.

  Save and return to again.

  No idea. But it is up to the application provider, you could ask Adobe.  Maybe the header of the file is different.  Or maybe a user has clicked and made a new option 'open with', which changes the icon.
