  So I do not know how, but this morning my ipod all of a sudden will not turn on. Tried to load for one hour, but still no response. The home button stuck so I can't reset it either. It is completely insensitive and remains the same. I downloaded recboot but it does not detect the ipod at all (because it remains off I guess). Then yes quite frustrating to deal with

  Hi, I currently plan on upgrading my hp pavilion p6-2469ea to be able to run more demanding games upstairs, as the ARK: survival has evolved and I have no experience with computers I'm stuck help then about what it needs to be updated and some recommendations would be much appreciated. Just to note that I have already updated the 8 GB ram.

  It is clear from your processor and memory are fine.  I suggest that you upgrade to at least a 750Ti GTXvideo card.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.

  You may need to upgrade the power supply (PSU), also.  The EVGA 750Ti said it will work with a power supply with 300W.  However, most of the members have reported needing at least 400W.  If you replace the power supply, I love the Corsair products.  A modular power supply is best for medium-sized business.  It allows you to use only the cables than absolutely necessary.  I recommend at least 500W.  This will give you a high power for the maximum level of use.

  A final element that will make a major difference is an SSD.  I love Samsung SSD.  They seem to move better without the need to change the BIOS settings.  The only need is to make sure that the BIOS is set to AHCI.  The DSS will not work if it is not setup in this way.

  I downloaded the free trial version for office 10 - it is now expired and I can't open any word or excel attachments. the default values are all office 2010 and I can't see the Stater of Word or excel starter change or default file associations. Even excel and word files that I created in starter have had their replaced with an orange flash NCIS. I'm so stuck. help please

• Microsoft Lifecam Vx 800 won't work.

  Hi, I can't get this cam to work. In Windows live messenger, it detects sound via the microphone, but the camera does not work.

  Ive had a quick glance at the resolution of the problems on the microsoft Web site, and none of the solutions seem to work.

  Method 1: When I am looking for the drivers I can't find. Theres no "microsoft lifecam" in program files or System 32.

  No other methods seem to work, I went into the registry but I can't find the Manager to Logitec so I guess that that is correctly uninstalled.

  Im stuck help would be appreciated.

  a. you have previously installed a Logitech Webcam.
  b. the LifeCam drivers are not well established.

  When activate the AHCI in the Bios I get BSOD when installaition XP I downloaded the latest drivers Intel Matrix Storage Manager F6 even after loading the drivers, a few minutes later ill get the BSOD! I hate Vista and I'm stuck with him when I chose the compatibility option in the bios, XP installation will continue without problem however the modem will not install in Device Manager, no matter how hard I try to install the driver! I'm stuck help me please.

  (1) install XP SP2 compatibility mode

  (2) DOWNLOAD driver IMSM Intel:

  3) install via:

  • Open the menu of the BIOS Setup Utility.
  • Select configuration.
  • Choose Serial ATA (SATA).
  • Select compatibility.
  • Install Windows XP and Service Pack 2.
  • Download Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver from the Web site and install the driver to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM.
  • Run the Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver. To do this, go to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM\PREPARE and double click on install.cmd.
  • Turn the computer off and then on again.
  • Open the menu of the BIOS Setup Utility.
  • Select configuration.
  • Choose Serial ATA (SATA).
  • Select AHCI.
  • Start Windows XP. Welcome in the new hardware found Wizard appears.
  • Click No, not this time and click Next.
  • Select install from a list or a specific location (Advanced) , and then click Next.
  • Select search for the best driver in these locations. Select include this location in the search:, specify the path, C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM, and then click Next. The end of what the new hardware detected Wizard is displayed.
  • Click Finish.
  • When the system settings change window appears, click Yes. The computer restarts.

  I have problems to create my test application in DPS App Builder.

  That may mean the iPod has a hardware problem, such as a faulty hard drive or the logic board.

  When you do a Reset (press and hold the Menu and Center buttons), going blank at the start before the Apple logo returns the screen to the iPod?  Or do you mean that the Apple logo is 'stuck' and it doesn't go away when you try of the reset?

  Is the "DFU mode" procedure for disc Mode.  Have a look here to confirm that this is what you have tried

  Your post is very confusing for several reasons:

  • You mention the reset of the iPhone 6, but your profile says you have an iPhone 6.
  • You said that you are in the lock of the Activation screen.  I guess that's the real problem, but maybe it's not.
  • You said that you have changed your password Apple ID.  Yet, you said "I cant (sp) use this password or email."  So does that mean you are being invited to enter a different ID to Apple?  You are the original owner of this iPhone?

  If you are not a trained professional make sure to enter in the register and the Master boot Record (as indicated in the answer above) because it can be very dangerous. I would try rather something else as the solutions below, it might be a little easier and you run the risk of damaging your Windows Installation permanently or loss of data.
