  Trying to install Illustrator CC (2015) of the CC program. I get these 2 fatal errors. It's on a Windows 10 x 64 computer.   The final and only solution I could find was to reset my laptop to the original 8.1 Windows build and start over. I disabled the bitlocker encryption. Ran all updates until there is no more. Then installed Illustrator CC 2014 and had no error of creation of new files. However, he had the same noise open Illustrator CC files by double clicking on the files.
