I have a message indicating: Dreamweaver CS5 11.0.4 Updater: there was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later. It simply does not, anytime, I'm a retry

Laboratory of browser no longer exists! Adobe disabled about 3 years ago.
There is therefore no reason CS5 update.

I bought a license for Adobe Design Premium CS5 5.0 Win. For some reason any when I ran an update it gave me an error during installation. My goal of installing this version is because when I opened an extension .eps .indd file I get this error.

Can someone help me with this? IM thinking the outside designer uses CS6 and we have CS5. What is the question?
Yes, it is possible that someone sends you files create with cs5 + versions and, if that is the problem, update will not help.
That said, you should be able to install the latest updates of cs 5 by downloading the files directly and then apply them: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

Problems of licensing creative cloud and Master Collection
I have a full subscription to creative cloud that I use for my office, and I have a full license with a serial number for my home use. I disabled the numbered version series on a single computer at home and installed the master collection on a new home computer. When I go to the license of the software, I get no option to enter a serial number. The application gives me is an option to purchase, license or continue the trial. If I click on license the next screen is a sign in. When I connect, it tries to license to the creative cloud and does not give me the option to enter a serial number. I've used all of the activations of my dnuee and need to continue using these two machines on a daily basis. If anyone knows how to get a serial number, I would be happy. I was on the phone with customer service for more than 2 hours, given to the third-party expert and am waiting again. I can't be the only person in the world with a creative cloud account and a numbered version series.
OK, figured this out. It was actually very simple. Turn off the Internet, and you get the opportunity to enter a serial number. Enter the serial number and then connected to the Internet to complete verification of SN and product registration. So simple and yet so far...
