I'm unable to CS6 Camera Raw.

When I use the adjustment Brush tool and highlight the area I want to give a look over soft, the image has a blue tone to it (like your Smurf). Even after I uncheck the display mask. What I am doing wrong? Thank you for your time and work.Blue face.jpg

Hi paull,.

Please check the temperature slider, its all the way to the left that transforms the image in blue.

Kind regards

  • CS6 Camera Raw not updated

I am just crossing the CS6 platform (from cs5 after doing an adobe cleaner) in windows XP in order to give it a try before I update my laptop at the end of the summer. My new hardware of the camera is a Nikon D3200. I installed CS6 trial and fully updated via the adobe application manager.

When I try to open the D3200 Raw files I get a dialog box saying "Camera Raw can't open this file" and ordered to update me. When I go into file > update the update is grayed out, as he is not able to be selected.

When I open a JPG file in adobe Camera Raw it shows at the top of the version 7.0.

I downloaded the latest DNG that is compatible with Windows XP SP3, which is 8.3, and I keep getting error messages indicating
««Pdapp.exe"«the entry point procedure InitializeCriticalSectionEx is not found in Kernel32.dll dynamic link library»»

And then Adobe Application Manager appears upwards saying "Failed update - updates cannot be applied" with this explanation

"This patch is not applicable to you. Please check the updates from the Help menu on your product to see a list of the latest available updates. "And he ends by telling me to contact adobe if the problem persists.

  • will do you an update for Nikon D5 & PS CS6 camera raw

Can not find a Camera Raw update which supports the Nikon D5 and PS CS6, Adobe will provide an update soon?

CS6 will not receive no updates to raw camera, 9.1.1 was the last update.

Your options are either to subscribe to Createive Cloud, or use the free DNG Converter to convert the files to DNG files, that can be read by CS6.

  • CS6 Camera Raw 9.1.1 didn't brush filter graduation

    Hi all

I found a post similar to my request on this forum but it is 2 years old and ACR 8.6. I am running version 9.1.1 and there is no brush under graduation filter feature. that I'm missing something or because of the CS6?

    Thank you

    Shad2016-03-11_1447.png

There are several new features that are not included in Camera Raw 9.1 running Photoshop CS6. The last few updates that apply to Camera Raw for PS CS6 included in favour of new cameras, but no new features. And I think the brushes of the progressive filter is one of the features that has not been available.

  • Where can I find CS6 camera raw update?

I have a new PC and reinstalled autonomous CS6. PS can not read my raw files. Where can I get more recent update to camera raw for windows 10?

  • I can't update my plugin for CS6 camera raw. I have 7.0 and you must have at least 7.4.

I downloaded a 9.2 file zip, but it does not update. When I go to help > updates in CS6, updates is gray. What can I do else?

Photoshop CS6 is compatible with Camera Raw versions up to 9.1. I suggest that you remove camera Raw 9.2 and download and install Camera Raw 9.1.

  • Settings in Bridge CS6 camera raw does not

I'm editing photos in Adobe Bridge CS6 using Camera Raw settings.  It was great to work in a first time.  But now, whenever I open a photo in Camera Raw window, he has some sort of effect on it.  Photography has red spots in many areas.  The Red patches are not permanent, but it makes it very difficult to see the photograph well enough to change it.  I tried "Clear settings" and "Camera Raw Defaults" under "Settings of development."  And I have purged the cache in Camera Raw preferences.  I also tried update bridge under the 'Help' menu, but no update is available.  So boring.  Can someone help me leave "see red"?

Odd. I saw that as CS6 had the GPU acceleration before it was abandoned. HM.

I just went full DPEP in my previous posts. Laughing out loud

When you were talking about red spots, it is salient facts clipping (and shadows, as appropriate) underway. Click on the top corners of the color histogram to disable them.

O keyboard shortcut (that's an O as October) active / disables cutting highlight; U activates / deactivates the shadow clipping.

  • Photoshop CS6 camera Raw Highlight detection problem

PS6 and PS4 on a Vista Ultimate machine w/64 MB of ram.

In both versions of Camera Raw, my default settings suck.

Taking as an example a file of a white wedding cake

When I open the raw file in PS4 Camera Raw and add a 0.95 exposure value.

I just started to get the point cutting culminating in the 'hot' areas of the cake.

When I open the same file in PS6 Camera Raw with the Version of process for 2012

(Current) I have to add an exhibition plus 2.15 before any red watch clipping.

Even if the image is seriously vulnerable at this stage

The 2010 process Version plays the same as the PS4 Camera Raw.

Process version 2003 brings about the warning of cut a bit earlier than the 2010

    Process version.

I was under the impression that I should use the Version of process of 2012 for best results

But the warning of cuts to highlight is definitely out of whack.

I trashed my preferences and re-installed SP6, but the problem remains.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

The exposure control became more than a "brightness" control, that it triggers the halftone pixel values without adding a lot of strong points.  Measurement pixels below the clipping level wedding cake.  Like it or not, that is how the 2012 process functions.

  • Photoshop elements 13 unable to upddate Camera Raw Plugin

I recently purchased Photoshop elements 13, but it came with Camera Raw Plugin 8.6 and so I couldn't open my NEF in Nikon D750 files.  I followed the instructions I found in this forum to perform an update on Photoshop elements 13. I've also updated the Application Manager.  But when I started Photoshop elements 13 again, he has always shown under help-> Plugin-> Camera Raw, the version was still 8.6.  Can someone tell me what was wrong and what needs to be done to make it work?

    Thank you.

The update in the Help menu works very well for everyone. In the past, with different versions of the PSE, it was sometimes conflicts due to multiple camera raw (Camera Raw.8bi) plugins installed at various locations.

    Troubleshooting steps:

-do a search for files named 'Camera Raw.8bi'

    - and note the date of their size and file

These files are installed in different folders, the 9.0 one version is dated April 14, 52, 9 MB. I have 10 different versions for different versions of Photoshop and from PSE6 PSE!

    Good, it is installed in:

    C:\Programme\Common Adobe Plug-ins\Elements 13\File Formats

The update in the Help menu is version 9.0, which is good for your camera.

This update does not work for version 9.1, necessary for newer devices: a manual installation worked for some users.

Note that you don't talk to Adobe here, only to other users like you. If you browse through the posts here, you will see that it is usually easier and faster to get an answer here than to try to get help from Adobe in India (though that there are members of staff, post here sometimes). This is especially true if you have problems with the old version of elements.
