  It is a SCAM!  By calling do not, you have made the right choice.  Delete history in Chrome and you should be OK.

  Also remove AVAST.  AV for Macs are completely non-essential and can do more harm than good.  Please read this:

  Updates to the WMP library can slow performance, but if you want to extract the music you need to have a default save location which will usually be the music folder.

  Under 'Organize' - managing libraries - music - click on the 'Add' button and restore the 'music' (or my music) by default and then click OK. The library must rebuild. Come back if you're still stuck, however. -Cheers, Ric.

I contacted Adobe customer support chat, they have no idea what is the problem and so just lie - telling someone will contact me by email and the problem will be solved within 24 hours.  No one ever contacted me.
