I moved with my printer - but number of ink is different here!

We have a C6188 all-in-one, working up to now very well. We had it in China where we I was assigned to my company. Ink cartridges, that we are labeled "801". Now back in Germany the cartridges are called "363" (C8772E HP for example) and the printer will not accept them. I still have a few 801 cartridges, but some colors should I install type 363.

Y at - there a patch available - or should we get a new printer - sure NO HP in this case.

Cheers, Andy

The printer requires a reset of regionalization.  It will take you call HP support while having access to your computer and your printer. You will need a complete set of the German region cartridges and after resetting the printer will no longer accept cartridges of region in China.
