  The first thing I would check is your photos storage configuration. You have deselected optimized storage. Tap Settings > iCloud > pictures or settings > Photos & camera, then select a storage parameter.

  Right-click on the pasteboard, and you should have a choice of colours from timeline menu.

  I would add that you should have a file to open it or it won't work.

  You may be in mode "full screen". Try pressing the F11 key that toggles between normal mode and full-screen. What is fix?

  I just started usng a new Epson R3000. Print letter size is no problem. However, I can't get it printed at 13 x 19. No matter what I do a 8.5x11 print (on a big, expensive piece of paper!). This happens with the driver set to "Super B", and also with a custom paper size, I created. The driver claims it will print to the appropriate size, but the output is 8.5 x 11.

  It's as if there is a kind of selection that replaces what I do in PS.

  Furthermore, I use PS CS 5.5, Mac Lion, printing via ethernet.

  I found it... Under management of the paper, there is a box that says 'fit to paper size' or something like that. I need to check that, even if the image was already on the right size. Without checking that the pilot decreased things down for a reason any.

  It's pretty lame to say that one can use JPEG instead.  Apart from the technical arguments about issues like the trend, it takes up to the user to select the file format that they need for their own purposes.  General-purpose image processing tools should support as many formats as possible and there is no technical excuse for failing to support a non-owner format that is widely used.   Arguing that there are alternatives, it's like telling a painter 'orange' is not necessary since you can use red or white blend Brown, or as a set of professional without Phillips head screwdrivers.

  If you want the arguments for the use of the PNG in the first place, I suggest searching for "Why use the PNG format.

• I set up the new user on my MacBook Pro with the parental control, and I want to allow access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint for Mac.  I have those checked in the dialog box list, but they may not appear in its applications. Am I missing something?

  These requests should be made available, provided you installed then in the folder/applications, not in a private folder ~/Applications for a specific user.
