I need an alternative to the logic (I will only use a lot of power)

I need not the wealth of features available logical.  I just need software that allow me to edit audio (cut or copy parts of securities) to be used for the choreography.  Can anyone share some options that don't cost $300 +?

Have you tried to Garageband that comes free with your Mac. It is, in itself, and a version of logic.

At the time of PE2, I used to capture and cut a clip and "export movie" which resulted in an "DV - AVI.  This is what I understood "loved" EP and the best format to use for the import of a larger project (and it worked well every time).  Now, in PE11, I don't see this option.  This method is useful, not only to cut the stuff you don't want, but naming clips to help with an id of content.  Which option should I use who maintains the quality and cooperates with EP better?

  • When the file transfer will be used to send a message?

    Hello

I think I know that a message is sent only through file transfer if the message size is greater than 75% of the capacity of IPC queue; file transfer would never be used in response to a deadlock situation that arises because of the number of messages that are exhausting the capacity of the queue (this will result in a failure immediately if TPNOBLOCK indicator is used, or else a failure response when the timeout is reached).

You get the following message in the ULOG:

"TMQUEUE.4288.3081606848.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1285: WARN: tpreturn message was blocked, try file transfer.

I'm just assuming it of because of the size of the message, or is it something specific to the operations of TMQUEUE? If we're not my understanding of how the drive transfer can occur, please put me straight!

    Thank you
    Malcolm.

    Malcolm,

Tuxedo will use file transfer, if

    (a) the size of the message is greater than 75% of the total capacity of the queue.
    (b) the original msgsnd() fails with EINVAL. (Some operating systems have a parameter to the kernel configuration MSGMAX limiting the size of an individual message that can be set less than the total capacity of the queue. If an application tries to send a message larger than this size it will fail with EINVAL).
    (c) the original msgsnd() lock will fail with EAGAIN and the message is sent by tpreturn(). (This is the case where the LIBTUX_CAT:1285 is connected).
    (d) the original msgsnd() lock will fail with EAGAIN, TPNOBLOCK option is not set, the original message is more than 500 bytes, the TMNOTHREADS environment variable is not defined on Y and the message is not sent by certain system threaded process who are still single.

For gateways to field only, the transfer file in case (c) can be avoided if GW_FILETRANSFER = OFF is set.

    Kind regards
    Ed

  • Need for treatment of the base image, but only have Linux

Hello, I am pretty inexperienced and working on a project in which a device is attached to a moving stage of XY. The goal is for the camera to track toward moving below real-time, then follow them. To do this, I need a very basic image processing. However, I don't know how to order the engines for the X - Y stage without a tool only Linux, so I use Linux LabVIEW, which apparently does not support the NI Vision or MATLAB script nodes. I need to make a basic image processing (described below) very quickly, using the images I capture in LabVIEW. I know that Python, Java, MATLAB and c a little. Now all I can think is to make a C library that makes the treatment (despite my relative inexperience), then calling it a LabVIEW. That would be good because LabVIEW can pass the image of C by reference, while I do not know how to interface with MATLAB or Python without, say, a TCP connection, which would not be able to use pass by reference (I think?) Are there other ways to achieve this? Perhaps a clever way to interface with MATLAB, or is there a way to get the Vision in LabVIEW for Linux? Most importantly, it's just to find the center of mass of the very black worm, so it should be easy: simply restrict the image of a region of interest, threshold, choose the largest connected blob and calculate the center of mass. However, I might later want also to seek points of calibration on the image; I think it would be easier to just pull long, straight lines, under the camera, then detect those somehow. Thank you!

  • The VI "VISA set up the Serial Port" will only work at 9600 baud

I wrote a Serial Port RS232 RW.vi monitor of ' "which works for most. The problem is that it will not meet the alternative port configuration settings... For example: the default RS232 serial port configuration is:

(COM1, 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no without parity)

As a test, I use a Null Modem cable to connect to my LabView Com1 port to another PC running RealTerm Serial Port Monitor... Using my "RW.vi RS232' newly designed with the port settings of (COM1, 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no without parity), I can send and cannot receive data back throughout the day no problem...

However, if I configure the port "RW.vi RS232" all other configurations, such as (COM1, 2400 baud, 7 data, 1 stop bit, odd parity bits)... He will not take the expected risks and continues to operate @ 9600 baud rate etc.

Then, I changed the settings default "RS232 RW.vi" (2400,7,1, Odd)

He still refuses to derogate (COM1, 9600,8,1, no...)

I also went in the Device Manager of Win XP on the system of LabView and configured manually Com1 2400,7,1, Odd

and yet,... work at the "RS232 RW.vi" @ 9600,8,1, none

Everyone can test my VI in the car and see if they have the same problem of not being able to see the new changes in the Port configuration settings... other than (COM1, 9600,8,1, no...)...?

FYI... Unfortunately my LabView runs on Version 6.0, you may need to up-conversion of the attached vi

Instead of simply appreciate the comments, you need to implement.

Having closed VISA inside the loop is definitely the problem.  And Crossrulz is 100% correct about the problem being that the serial port gets zero to default baud rate after the closure of the port.  Here's the proof.

Note that while may have set the port settings manually in the Device Manager, these parameters are reviewed by the pilot VISA.  If you look in the measurement and Automation Explorer under devices and Interfaces > serial and Parallel, you'll see the default settings using the VISA driver.  If you change this setting, your program will work as desired.  But this is not the appropriate fix.  The correct solution is to get the VISA close out of the while loop.

The port settings are established in this order.

    1. by Windows device drivers.

    2. by the VISA driver as set in MAX.  Since you are using VISA, these settings will be automatically replace #1.

    3. by the port settings, you set programmatically in your LabVIEW program.

    Hi team,

  • Best rendering parameters of the files that will be used in the PPr

Z820, Win 7 HP, Adobe production suite CS6.

I'm eager to make 'temporary' files that will be brought back right into legacy or placed in PrPro for final rendering for Youtube or Vimeo. I hope that by making components for comps that I'm not going to change, I can speed up the editing process, but she wondered if I could be implemented myself degrading images because of the multiple times between washing, so to speak.

I wonder what the best rendering parameters choice is if I'll be crossing output another iteration or after effects or PrP before the final product?

Comps are set at 1080 p, 29.97 FPS.

    Output is t H.264 @ 1080 p, 29.97 FPS.

    Jeff

The concept to make some elements that are locked to be used later in your comp is called before rendering. It's actually a lot. If you display a file without loss (such as Quicktime with the PNG codec at high quality), it will be 0 loss of quality.

  • VPN requirements, need help in selecting the right technology

I need help choosing correct vpn technology to meet my needs.

I have a 2801 router I will use for vpn sessions. I use 871 routers of the series for remote clients. The requirements that make it difficult for me to determine how to configure are:

The IP WAN routers 871 will be dynamic, so I can't use lan to lan standard IPSEC configuration. The solution must allow the connection of any address.

Remote sites will also have to pass traffic between remote sites. I need to do this, because this VPN will be used for IP phones and I want clients on remote sites to be able to call each other.

Some of the solutions I've seen require the remote user enter a user name and password of the CLI on their 871 to bring up the tunnel. If it's possible I don't want it's an addiction.

I am familiar with cisco routers and can usually do a config works if provided an example, but I don't know enough about the various VPN options to choose the right solution. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

If you need a spoke-to-spoke vpn connection as well, you can try DMVPN.

    Code horribly wrong!

    Why this approach?

Dynamic SQL is almost NEVER needed in PL/SQL. And if you think it's necessary and taking into account what is displayed as being problems here, you have a 99% chance of being wrong.
