I need help interpreting minidump Win7
I have a minidump I need help interpretation. It can be found here https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=EE6D10348E0AEC12! 10623 & authkey =! ALEibmza8JSN01k
I am running Win7 Pro 32 bit dual boot with XP. I have not installed any new devices or applications. I checked Windows update to make sure that I'm updating of drivers and patches. I've only got this blue screen once shot but not only I want to be ready in case I get it again, I would also like to better understand how to interpret these landfills. I love to learn these things myself rather than having to rely on nice people like you all the time to get out me of trouble. I tried to do some reading, but I have to admit that I think it's a little over my head. I'm confused, if I need to use Dumpchk.exe, the WinDbg tool or the KD.exe tool. All these tools are doing the same thing or do I all? Will be the same debugging XP tool dumps as well as Win7 those? This particular blue screen was in Windows 7. Thanks for any idea that you could give me.

Need help with installing Win7 on Satellite L70-A-12W
I bought Satellite L70-A-12W with preinstalled victory 8.1 two days ago... I have no recovery of win7, but I have Win7 64 Bit DVD new.
I would like to install win 7. I follow the instructions concerning the closing down, on Bios (I have version 1.3) safety boot is disabled and the boot mode is MSC mode.I did a recovery on USB media if something with is wrong. Earn 8.1 I installed Paragon Partition Manager 14 (free version) and see the Partition Table. It UriPattern like this:
1 partition - system - 1-GB NTFS (Partition of Service);
2. partition (no name) - 100 MB - it's the gray color.
3 partition (local partition) - 128 MB;
4 partition C: (win 8.1) - Go 920 - NTFS drive.
5. partition - recovery - 10.1 GB - NTFS (Partition OEM Service).I would like to keep evrything what is, if possible, and instead og Win8.1 install Win 7 ultimate 64-bit (which I have). And after than that, resize this partition of 100 GB and make a second partition private for my data - partition D: - for example.
I did things in the BIOS and win7 DVD and got error massage: Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT Style partition...
I found a solution to clean the disc in the BACK, but I'm not sure that I have with this procedure will delete oll data disc. I'll guarantee loos e if I do this... If all other partitions will remain instead of C--> I can always make backup returns with media recovery with win 8.1 and hopes to keep the warranty.
Now, I don't know what I have to do...
I would just have win 7 on my laptop with minimal change to the partition table and all the partitions instead of C (where now is win 8.1).
Could you please help me...
Hello
The question is: why you want to keep the present partitions on the HARD disk.
Using two systems Win 8 and Win 7 on this laptop? The fact is that if you want to use only Windows 7, it s not appropriate to keep the old partitions on the HARD disk.
Secondly, you already have the Toshiba Recovery flash memory stick.
This recovery media allows you to return to the factory settings. This means that recover the laptop using this memory flash USB stick recovery would again create the same partitions and install the Win 8.1 System.
Finally and above all Windows 7 supports 4 primary partitions as primary partitions are applicable to the tables of partition MBR and partition table MBR allow four primary partitions.
After you create the primary partition 4th Windows system will accept only the volumes 'Dynamics' (logical drives). You must create an extended partition containing many logical partitions.
However, if you use a table of GPT partition that is supported by the 64-bit Windows versions, you can configure up to 128 partitions and you need t differ between "primary" and "extended" partitions
In addition, the GPT partition table also requires the UEFI BIOS.

Need help to install Win7 on Satellite CL10-b-103
Good afternoon mate,
I come to you because I gave this mini laptop, Toshiba CL10-b-103, who doesn't have a DVD drive and only 32 GB HDD (which there are only 21 free for the issue of the hidden restore and partition)
My intention is to install a win7 sp1 to make it lighter and have more space on the HARD drive.
And I'm going crazy,
The bios is quite simple, you can turn off only an option that says 'safe start' (which in some forum in English is advised to try to defuse what I do).
And change the boot priority (leaving only USB and HDD / SDD). Nothing comes of the CSM or something, who has also read by some forum also had to turn it off.
I'm first, I put usb firstly you have to shoot the laptop and there is no way to read a usb win7.
I do an install of win7 usb bootable with the support of the EFI (apparently these new EFI this notebook, according to lei, you must prepare them in a special way) as a result of this blog:
http: //biglimesoftwa...dows-7-u-8.html
And no, do not read! There is no way that between usb!
I also did a USB bootable, following another forum, with an application called Rufus, but nothing not even read.
How the companions? I'm doing something wrong?
Is it possible that the laptop is, is totally gelding to format and install another OS?
See if you can help me, I'm desperate...
Thanks in advance and greetings from Spain,
Update:
I used the WinSetupFromUSB and make it bootable USB with this utility, I managed to read the USB, but all of a sudden comes this screen:
Exactly the same problem (Toshiba CL10-b-103 too), but I went deeper in the research and found that the BIOS version of this laptop does not support UEFI/CMS. Updated my BIOS to the latest version (which is for the moment, the 5.00 08/07/15 - WIN) but still does not work. I was already angry with their fu * skate that brings me to kill the process "pad experience" every time you start.
I would like to install ubuntu, but nothing works, even with a USB cable or directly on the C drive (note that I ruined my USB while flashing it, but in any case it was my fault). Any advice, tips?
In the case where someone would say "boot option is in the Advanced tab' this isn't for me, regarding the kikeastur. Sorry for digging it up with this topic, but I do not see why I would create a new that I have exactly the same problem.
Thanks in advance

I need help with an installation failure to interpret and troubleshoot a Setup log.
Background: A few years ago, many editors of cinema used Final Cut Pro 6 (also contained in Final Cut Studio 2) for their editing projects. Shared Apple Final Cut X uses a different format that is not compatible with FCP6. Sometimes, these editors are called to work on a few historical projects that have been published in FCP6 and need this version to run now.
Starting with OS X Lion, FCP6 would install not in Lion and thereafter.
According research by Jeremy Johnston as noted on his blog, he discovered that Apple has inserted a file in the folder CoreServices in the Library folder of the system folder that causes versions the version Final Cut Pro X (and other older Apple programs in the same situation) do not settle. He suggested changes to this file that would seek to prevent interfering with the installation of FCP6 in Lion, many users of final cut PRO 6 were successful in their efforts to install in Lion and work with it.
Later in a discussion update on installing FCP6 in Mavericks, HawaiianHippie determined that the simplest way to perform the installation of FCP6 was simply copy this file and remove it from the system folder, install FCP6 and then restore the copied file:
https://discussions.Apple.com/message/26309669#26309669
I used this method with success to install FCS2 in Yosemite:
However, in my attempts to install FCS2 in El Capitan, it fails in the last 5% to install the first DVD:
First of all, I need advice on how to display an extremely large Setup log in this thread (on MacRumors, it is a method to insert a 'code' in a small box that can be the object of a scrollbar if necessary to read all along). I am unable to find such a method to post here.
Then once approved, I need help to determine which component is causing the installation to fail and perhaps this element can be omitted from the installation:
If this element is not required, then maybe FCP6 can be installed successfully without it. And if that omitted element is necessary, perhaps a manual method to install it can be determined by pacifists.
It is my goal to help those who need to install and use FCP6 on their new Macs running El Capitan.
Here is the post on MacRumors with pre-installed Setup log:

Need help in the interpretation of a file of Trace 10053
Hello
I need help to interpret an event 10053 (optimizer Trace) trace file
Everything that happens on AIX with Oracle 11.2.0.2
It is not obvious to me why the optimizer chooses the path with the highest cost.
But I found the following quote in the trace file, which is probably the answer, but I did not understand what circumstances allow the optimizer to say such things:
New AP rejected: guess used for New, but not for the current best
So, it was the short story, now the witch for a long time one quote of the trace file
Here the query directly in the trace file. I can't modify this query, even a hint is not feasible, so I need to understand the incorrect path to avoid it.

This means that you probably searching for the case described in a blog post that I wrote some time ago:

Need help with flash player using w/Win7
OK, here we go. I have - Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1.7601 running service pack 1
Type of system: x 64-based pc
Windows Internet Explorer 9 (update version RC) 256-bit
I use to be able to watch videos on youtube ect. But now flash player does not work. What is the problem? I have Adobe flash player 10 activex and installed shockwave player 11.5 and still it asks me to update my flash player. Need help.
Hi, thanks. This "Perfect Optimizer" which was found and removed, McAfee did remove or MBAM?
Is the trial version of MBAM, the free version which is a stand alone, which is run from your desktop or a version installed?
You see the animation of the Flash Player logo and what version of Flash Player is available on the following site?
http://www.Adobe.com/software/Flash/about/
Then check on this Shockwave Flash object in your addons that I mentioned before.
I want to ensure that a certain number of things and then have another procedure for you and explain once I get an answer from you on the above.
Thank you

I need drivers to install Win7 64 bit on mSATA SSD
Hello!
I need drivers to install WIN7 x 64 on THNSNH256GMCT mSATA SSD
Serial number on my product is 23NS10BFTABY
Thank you!
This serial number does not help much. It will be better if you can display the name of the exact model laptop and the model number.
Anyway, visit Toshiba support and download page for your country and if your laptop model is supported for Win7 64 bit, you should be able to find all of the necessary drivers, tools and utilities.

Help interpret the VeriStand crash report
If VeriStand 2014 is left on for a few days, he will break eventually. I run VeriStand on other test systems and very stable. On this basis, I am sure that the accident is related to a unique piece of code (custom, device model, etc.) or the installer for VeriStand on this test bench.
The error log is attached. I need help to interpret the error log to refine the question. Normally I would remove just a piece of code, and let it run to see if it crashes, but this project is big enough, it would take some time to solve the problems in this method.
Through the error log, I found this message, but I do not really understand how to solve this problem.

VeriStand deploys on windows for NH Reseach Power Supply target and she deploys on cRIO9081 with 9144 chassis EtherCAT. The project contains multiple models and custom devices.
This type of report should be sent to support NEITHER.
They could provide a solution to this, or at least be aware of this problem.

I have Windows XP 32-bit with IE8 Add ons. I mainly use Firefox Mozilla for my browser and Yahoo as my home page. Anyway, I have tried all the support and help guide and technicians told me to do to get add ons to open and activate but in vain. This computer was given to me as a profession, and it was used in a Bank, so I think that the system administrator has disabled the add ons. I myself as an administrator and use the tips and tricks given windows and Microsoft, but I always run up a wall. I need help, please.
I also need to know how to uninstall Windows antivirus software. I can't find anywhere on my computer. I feel really stupid and he is probably right in front of my face, but I can't find it to uninstall. I have McAfee that I paid dearly for if I want to use it until it expires. This "Microsoft antivirus' witness (AKA Trojan W32/FakeAlert) hijackware infection!
If you manage to somehow move to Win7, you will always have an infected computer.
The ONLY way to solve the problem is by formatting the current hard drive and do a clean installation of Windows, whether it is WinXP or Win7.
The ONLY way you can do a clean install of Windows XP if you have disks that came with the computer or if by chance, there is a hidden partition restore (not to be confused with the system restore).
If your kids er - well & their spouses are going to spend money on a new HARD drive, they'be be better spend on a low-end Windows 7 computer and brand-new (for example, a netbook or a mini).
NB: Any data on your Windows XP computer must be considered 100% reliable! (This includes all of your usernames and passwords, for example, those used for online banking, etc.) You do NOT want to put ALL the data from Windows XP to a new computer or HARD disk.
Good luck, Grandma. Hope that your grandchildren will treat you better than their parents.
PS: Time wounds all heels.
