The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom. The instructions to fix it are: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

I saw the Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and can see that you have a plan of creative photography of cloud are recorded.
Please make sure you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription to connect to the Web site.
Adobe trial and purchased applications are the same, you can download the application once installed, creative cloud it invites you to connect, use the following link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
Once logged in go to APP and tab install CC 2015 Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2015 from there.
* NOTE: Please make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it then just turn off the firewall for awhile disconnect you and you connect on the creative application of cloud and check.

Willie, Adobe.com displays only products that are purchased directly from Adobe.com. You bought creative cloud from a reseller, you wouldn't find here on adobe.com.

First Creative Cloud ENT is a company the volume serial number so it can be registered under the account detail.
There is a different method for with CCE serial number, install and activation of programs.

As you have already installed InDesign CC and Creative Cloud Desktop app then after you have disconnected from the first creative clouds and
create the license using Creative Cloud Packager file.

Run the license file on the end user's machine. It will fix the problem of license.
