I recently bought CS6, but I can't get one of the applications open. What I am doing wrong?

Check under "All programs", the Applications Adobe would be listed here. You can launch them and wok on them.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I bought a set of icons, but the downloaded file is to .ia. I can drag the file in photoshop, but I can't choose one of the icons of the file to separate my design. The file takes the form of a strong image. The file also does not to my credit. Any thoughts?

Help! I tried to connect to my account of Cloud to work in after effects to another computer to adobe. My payment plan appears as the "free plan" so I can't use one of the applications now. Click Start and type services.msc
Press enter
Scroll down to print spooler
Right-click on the spooler and select stop
Wait for Windows to stop the spooler
Close the window
Control Panel > printers folder
Right-click on the printer icon and select open
Click file > cancel all Documents
Close the window
Start > right click on computer
Click on manage
Select Device Manager
Click on the + sign next to the Ieee... compatible printers
Right-click on the driver and select uninstall
Click on the + next to imaging devices
Right-click on the driver and select uninstall
Click on the + sign next to printers
Right-click on the driver and select uninstall
Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers
Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall
Close the Device Manager
Restart the computer
Windows will reinstall the drivers
Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers
Don't forget to come back to services and start print spooler before printing again.

I have a full account, but I can't get access to the trial version of CC 2015.
Could someone help me with this one? I had a full membership for over 2 years now and have never had any problem with upgrading my CC (primarily Ai Ps and Id) programs, but since CC 2014 came out I seem to only have 30 days access to trial versions of these. This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem. I am also desperately looking for a phone number for Adobe in Australia, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site.
