I renewed my student Adobe CC version, but the creative cloud app will only allow me to use the 30 day trial, how to solve this?
I am connected to the account on which I have the student version, but still it allows me to use the student version.

As you can see I can only choose trial. I paid for a full year, however, and I also was charged on my credit card already. I really need to be able to use photoshop today.
Check your account indicates the subscriptions that you expect (and that the adobe, used in the next step id is correct) by logging in here and checking the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions
Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

How do you download creative cloud on a secondary computer? I can't find anywhere, any link. I watched YouTube but my creative cloud is totally different. I'm in Australia.

Thanks Pat. I was able to solve the problem.
Operating system is Windows 7 Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.07.
I went into the properties file where I've identified that users only have read & execute and read properties, I changed the properties for everyone to full control. Which corrects the problem.
I don't know how the properties changed to just Read & Execute, but there was an automatic update the previous night.

I'm trying to download a trial version of first, but get an error downloading A12E5. I see Adobe support page recommends uninstalling creative cloud, but it is not even in my installers folder. Maybe it was never installed? Don't know what to do next. Thanks for any help you can provide. I am avid editor and really want to try first!

Update trial version, but got and even that will not open because my email associated with the account configuration has changed, so I can't get into it at all. Adobe said that I can't change my email that I have to close my account and start a new. any way around this? sounds to me ridiculous

I am trying to download the trial version of Adobe Pro XI but the Download Assistant does not display it in the list despite the signing in. What is wrong with him?
I had the same problem - my solution:
1. If you create a connection to Adobe, make sure that you click the verification link in the email sent to you to verify your account.
2. I leave the download Assistant, then began the process to download the original page download Assistant - he asked if I wanted to run the already downloaded version, which I chose.

I have PC and pay monthly. We are a small company.
Question 1: For two years I have a full subscription to Adobe all programs. But the other day I would open an another user InDesign documents and could not open this with the error message: "the document is done a new version than my version of InDesign. How should I do to upgrade my version to a version more recent?
Question 2: I already have a license to use the software on two computers. Am I not allowed to use the same version I've taken down on adobe.com til two computers or terms here.

CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but only one at a time.
