I subscribed my plan as a student, but the program says that it cannot find the subscription.
I use my program Adobe Macbook pro (Laptop) and Windows Desktop (in Home).
I purchased my plan as a student and already paid my monthly expenses, and it works in my macbook. But then I tried to make it work in my Office Windows and failed... saying: "cannot find subscription. What is happening this situation?

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.
You will need to have the original CD of Office Student and teacher available to installation installation. If she has been pre-installed by your OEM when you purchased your computer, you will need to get the disks to reinstall. Go back to where you bought your copy and see if they will provide records. (This may likely not).

I had a long discussion with a Support Agent and finally solved my problem in activating my root user... after a lot of trial and error/attemtpts. Here is my summary just fyi, I hope this works for you also.
I'm on MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.5.
- They had me first go to ~/Library/Applications support/Adobe/OOBE and delete the file 'opm.db '... Creative cloud question remained.
- Then they asked me to go to support/Adobe ~/Library/Applications and rename the files "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE"... and go to the library/application support/Adobe (note this is a different path) and remane the files "AAMupdater" and "AAMupadaterInventory"... question remained.
- They had me also go to my Netwrok Prefrences, Proxy server to configure, and enusre all boxes are unchecked and "use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)" also unchecked... did not help, the question remained.
- Of course they had me uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application, which I did (Applications > utilities > Adobe installer and run the "uninstall Creative Cloud")... but the question remianed.
- Finally, they had me to visit this page on the Apple support page, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and activated the user root for OS X Lion.
- After allowing the root user (and create a new password for it), I rebooted my Mac
- Saved in my Mac once as 'root' and connected to Adobe Creative Cloud using my usual Adobe user/email name and password.
- Go to the 'Applications' tab, and it worked perfectly!
- I disconnected the root on my Mac, then that reconnected me.
- Launched the creative application of Cloud, connected and went to 'Apps'... works great!

Since it is so difficult to get in touch with the Adobe help by phone, I'll try to ask the community!
(English is not my mother tongue, sorry if I'm not using the right words sometimes)
I'm a graphic designer and an intern started working with me recently. There CS6 versions but his Illustrator crashed and we must make the CC version.
He first used the trial version a month and that it has expired, our leader bought an Illustrator license on account of the company and linked to the identification. the student he received inviting email, click on it to accept... but when he wanted to launch Illustrator from the creative cloud application, he didn't tell trial version ended, and he had no license at all, no invitation, nothing! When he opened the invitation again message and cliked, he said that the invitation was already accepted.
We tried several times, even with a second Adobe created student ID, but it's the same thing. Our Chief revoked the license and bound again, completely removed student illustrator before accepting it and then downloaded... On his account page, it says that there is one but active, creative cloud subscription, nothing! Just "the month of the trial is over.
I must also point out, we did exactly the same way for me (but with a subscription complete creative cloud), using the first trial versions and everything, and we had no problem at all.
Adobe does not meet our calls, we don't know what to do more. Someone already had this problem?

Thanks for your reply, I forgot to mention that he already did this and was always getting a message saying that there is no active subscriptions.
He actually says that he managed to chat with someone from the Adobe support and find the solution, yay! He had to find files in the software directory and manually clear a few lines (sorry I can no longer accurate). What a relief :-)

I have an ipod of family members which is no longer used. I would like to use in my office for music and other, but it has one apple that we cannot find a password ID and don't know how to reset. The music on the ipod I would like to remove, but cannot do anything at this point. Help and suggestions would be great.
