If it is a Microsoft Vista DVD you use, here's a guide to do a clean install:
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

You have set the Bios Setup to boot from the CD/DVD drive?
At startup, it will say press F2 or delete key to go into Bios/Setup, or maybe F12 to go to the Start Menu.
And have you tried also to tap F8 at startup and choose Safe Mode from the list of Boot Options?
Use up arrow key to do this, press on enter.
Browse your Hard Drive manufacturer's website, download software from here and test your hard drive for errors.
See you soon.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the network adapter.
To do this follow these steps:
1. click on Start, in the Start Search bar type device manager and press enter.
2. in the list of devices, right-click of the network adapter, and then click on uninstall, if she invites you to completely remove the driver files, click ok to delete.
3 restart the computer once the uninstall is complete.
4. after the computer restarts, it will automatically detect and install the drivers.
5. check if the problem is resolved.

I am running vista 32 bit and I think the upgrade to windows 7
I'm running vista 32 bit and I think the upgrade to windows 7, I don't know if I choose the upgrade option, I can keep all my files and all the software that I
installed on my laptop but that include photos, video and music and send the parameters I use outlook 2003.
Thank you
Hello
Depends on which edition of Vista you use on Windows 7 edition, you can switch to.
And as you use 32-bit, you can only switch to Windows 7 32 bit.
32-bit to 64-bit should be done with a clean install.
Before purchasing Windows 7, follow these steps:
Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.
If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.
Run the "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Two points:
1. If you want to delete some installed programs, do not make
deletion of the folder they are in. That doesn't remove them only partially and
can cause problems. Remove programs by in control
Configuration/program Panel and features.2. a drive of 74 GB is a tiny disk these days. There are a number of
things you can do to save space, but they are all basically
temporary and you will soon find yourself in the same situation.
The only real solution is to buy and install a larger capacity drive.
Fortunately, they are very cheap these days; You can buy a 500GB
drive for about US $65.Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP

The only problem that I face, it's that his does not detect does not the wireless network card. My Dell Inspiron 530 sudenlly crashed, I could not start it. I called for the support of a group that I paid for. Technicians helped me start the PC, but they could not fix the screen resolution: in the display settings window, the cursor is on the left end of the bar, the low position and could not be moved. The technician finally asked me to save the folders files and reinstall Windows Vista. After the relocation, the screen resolution problem persisted. Technicians then reformat the HD, then reinstall Windows Vista again, the result was the same. We cannot change the resolution. Help, please.
