  First you should check if s for computer laptop USB port support the Sleep & Charge feature.
  USB ports support load & sleep are marked with a small sign of flash.

  In the case of the laptop supports this feature, you should take the next step and must check if sleep & support is enabled in the BIOS.

  My friend has a portable Satellite C850-F12S who wouldn't start so he asked me to fix it.
  I used a Windows 7 disc retail and product key as his cell phone to reinstall windows.

  I downloaded the Atheros wireless, intel drivers and realtek, but none of them want to install. I have the seam of Ant to get the wifi or bluetooth, too much work.

  When I enter the serial number in this site it is said that it is bluetooth and wifi but the drivers wont install and when I go to "network and sharing", "change adapter settings" it only shows the ethernet adapter nothing else. I tried pressing fn + f12 and the wireless led turns amber, but still nothing.

  I ran out of ideas. Could someone help me fix it please?

  I can't read this specification for laptop (too small), but so deep is the product key, which means that this laptop model was offered with the original version of Windows preinstalled.
  Before that you're wasting your time trying to fix something I recommend you install the original version of OS which includes all necessary drivers, tools and utilities.

  I just hope that your friend have created recovery (DVD or USB) media because after your Windows disk recovery facility installation HARD does not work.

  Ask your friend if there a recovery media and use it for the installation of the OS.

  Are you using the original pre-installed OS that you got with your laptop?
  You know it's always a problem with laptops and games, with display drivers upgrade and game performance, especially with Intel graphics cards.

  Anyone else running a Dell / EMC CX200 configuration with VMware ESX 3.5?

  I am being charged to take two recently introduced Dell 2850 which were broadcast from Emulex LP982 in a direct CX200 attached for years without any problem and put it ESX 3.5 on them, so we can virtualize on the CX200.

  I have a host ESX 3.5 Eval living and speaking very well to the CX200.  I am very satisfied with the performance.

  Bringing the second host online, this is where to get a weird behavior seriously: host crashes, bombs of I/O, etc..  If you want newspapers, I can catch them.  I think that it is such a simple plant that I'm missing something obvious.

  If the CX200 does not have a storage processor then what you do will not work because each host interfere with other metadata for guests. If she has a storage processor then you really need to a fiber switch as direct attach to a SAN not is not supported.

  Hey, for a project I'm doing, I'm doing a ricochet game with Actionscript 2.0, where the player shoots a ball and it bounces off objects trying to hit the opponent. It works decently until now, but my problem is that I'm having a VERY hard time just operate.  Sometimes when I shoot on a box, the ball will tunnel through it, bouncing out of the invisible walls on its way. I just want the ball bounce off the edge all around, but it is tunneling as I'll show you in a video I downloaded. Here is the code I use now, but it is having this problem of tunneling.

  I've been running Windows 7 since last year and have had no luck for AutoCad 97 to run on windows 7.  I went through the troubleshooting steps and he came for a few seconds then closed, after that it wouldn't even came at all.  I hope someone can help out me!

  Three choices:

  (1) contact AutoDesk.  Their answer will be: upgrade.

  2) compatibility mode - but who may still fail as AutoCAD is not "simple".

  (3) Windows XP Mode (Windows XP Virtual Machine) If you have WIndows 7 Professional or later.  Or any Windows XP virtual machine (like VirtualBox, VMware Workstation, etc.)

  The internal MIC is part of the webcam module.
  What happens if you start the webcam, try saving and small clip? The sound recording is this too?

  Usually, you can change the recording devices in Control Panel-> sound-> recording tab
  Here, you can check what devices are available. Right click and check if hidden and disabled devices can be demonstrated.

  By the way: I had some problems with the playback of the sound after installing the Realtek audio driver. I uninstalled the Realtek audio driver and Device Manager remove the audio display Intel (in games, field audio video controller). In the peripheral zone system you could remove the controller high definition audio.
  Again, restart the laptop.

  Usually, removing devices should be recognized automatically. Then go again to the dashboard-> sound-> recording tab and check if other devices outside external microphone are available.

  To be honest, I can't imagine that there is a software related problem. All you can do is check if the new BIOS update is available or reinstall OS to see if this will help. In my opinion you should not do this. Laptop is new with warranty for Toshiba service should fix this for free of course.

  I use Vista Business and I try to get the games to work which are included. On the Microsoft answers site, I found the following instructions;   "The games are included in Business, but they are not installed by default.

I followed the instructions and when I got to the window where I had to check something, there was a field of empy with no radio button or whatever it be listed.

  You can have a more serious problem.  Maybe a file corrupted somehow.  I suggest you contact Microsoft technical support.  They have tools that can help diagnose the problem with your system as well as making recommendations to the software that may require updates, etc..

  Andre Da Costa suggested in his post, you can run the game in compatibility mode and check if you're able to play the game on Windows 7.

  Apart from this, follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. navigate to your Civilization III folder on your hard drive (e.g. "C:\Program Program Interactive")

  b. then, go to the Conquests\ folder and look for a file named LSANS. FOT (not LSANS. (TTF).

  c. Rename LSANS. FOT to _LSANS. FOT (or actually, what you want, as long as it's not LSANS. FOT).

  d. check if you are able to play the conquest of Civ 3 on Windows 7.
