  First try a reset to see if it finishes downloading. Press and hold the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release the two buttons. Wait until the iPad tour starts on its own.

  First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

And I can use scale font size on the bottom of my Microsoft Word page to enlarge for better readability.
