  The power light on my trusty BEFW11S4 v4 flashes and nothing I tried to solve the problem has worked.  I downloaded the latest firmware (1.52.03) but I can't go to the router configuration page.  So says the site Web of LinkSys, you can go in the back door by using their routine tftp.exe.  It is, whenever I try to download I get an error message "Unable to connect" Windows.

  Anyone know where I can download the correct tftp.exe file for my unit so I can try to update the firmware?

  Well, the RT runs a version of look-a-like, work-a-like 'false' of Windows 8.  It can only run programs available from the store because the ARM processor cannot perform whatever it is compiled with the x 86 code game (in other words, regular Windows/DOS programs).

  Try this: uninstall all the software that you have to display the PDF documents. Then try to open a PDF file. You should receive a message that "Windows cannot open this file". If you get the message that the file is "corrupt" or "not supported" means that you have another program or display of PDF files.
