  I am currently charged monthly for a single application, Indesign, and today I've updated to version 2015 and now can't access the program. My account shows no more than my subscription and asks me to sign up again. I was just billed August 21, 2015 and using the program yesterday. After the updated 2015 I seem to have lost my access and membership. I don't wan to register again and be doubly charged monthly.

  Interesting:

  • If I tried to get Windows Update the driver, it looks like I got the latest driver.
  • If I tried to use the Intel utility it said I had to use the personal driver of the machine to

  However:

  Yesterday, I deleted the driver (toubleshooting brightness screen doesn't work after sleep sometimes), but do not delete.  However, when I rebooted the machine and says device Mananager Windows UPDATE the driver in Device Manager it says «Download»... "vs install everything that was already on the machine.

  Guess what: Adobe Illustrator now uses the GPU for improvements and does not pop the error.  Feels like there may have been a patch somewhere, but the version number is incremented not right while Acer Tools etc. says: I got the current driver but Windows has found a newer version, only after that I removed the old an and has the machine to the default Windows Display Driver when I asked for the update.

  I am a student at a college in Ontario. At the beginning of the school year in September (2014) they gave each student a code for 1 year of use of the suite Adobe CC, thanks to the program, we are in.

  Now I just installed the latest update for Creative Cloud 2015 and after that when I went to update my applications, the first one I've updated was Premiere Pro, just installed a trial of 30 and completely got rid of my old version of 2014. So now I'm stuck without a permanent version of first. And I don't want more than update my apps because I know that the same thing will happen to them.

  So, how can I remedy so that my apps possess me them like I'm supposed to go?

  I looked towards the top of this problem, and I'm not the only one to come through it. I tried to use this to help: Cloud Creative applications return mode test after an update until 2015 for CC , but it doesn't. Help, please.

• With "update" for 2015 of CC, my team license is no longer valid.

  In early March, 2015, our Office Manager ordered the licenses for the creative cloud (CC) team. I received one of these licenses; I have sign up CC with my email and my Adobe ID

  This morning, the CC desktop app prompted me to upgrade to 2015 CC, so I did. Now all my apps are in the "test" mode the only apps yet used under licensed by me are 2014 bridge and Acrobat DC; everything labelled 2015 is license is no longer for me.

  At no time I saw no mention of losing my license CC update towards 2015.

  After 1/2 hour on the Adobe support chat and passing through three people, I was told everything to uninstall and reinstall. This isn't a solution. BTW, I tried disconnecting and signing in; has nothing.

  I was told eventually by the support person 3rd cat to get a new license from our manager.

  She went for a week, and I don't have access to his account of Team Manager.

  I tried the script licenses that I applied to the CC 2014 applications, but it had no effect on CC 2015 apps.

  I can't return the 2014 apps as they have been removed during the installation of 2015, and the CC desktop application offers no possibility to return to the apps of 2014.

  I followed the instructions from Adobe, and Adobe has created the problem; Adobe needs to fix, not from dumping of work to stop like that on their customers.

  Our it guy came and we spent an hour on the phone with Adobe technical support. Here's what I learned.

  First of all, I am in a University using a unique key for all users. The key is embedded in the installation package that allows us to install the creative cloud. If you do not have our exact game your mileage may vary.

  I accepted the prompt "update until 2015" which was pushed to my application of CC Office a few days ago. He installed all the new programs of 2015 and remove all versions of 2014. From that moment, all new programs opened as a trial or purchase.

  Technical support said that with our configuration, we should NEVER use the desktop application for some reason any. He said he would always replace the license key and invalidate the issuance of licenses. Why the CC even desktop application installs or even allows to update when it will invalidate the license is another question for those who created it.

  To restore my installation it has removed the CC desktop app and warned me to never install it. He ran to the cleaning Adobe CC for this tool. Try to uninstall the regular way would not work because of dependencies with the programs installed (impossible to uninstall because of programs installed in need).

  Then, it creates a package with our license key and it downloaded onto my PC.

  He ran the installation package that re-written the key. This could not be done by introducing the key by hand.

  Applications of 2015 seem to be working now. To update an application in the future will be the help pull down menu (check for updates) in the show.

  It seems to me like a codec is missing. How to fix this? (And why the codecs are missing after an update?)

  When I try to locate the media I'm not able to import the audio "selected file does contain no audio media used by clip references...". "etc etc. Of course there is audio. And yesterday, everything worked very well.

  Hi, sorry for my English, I solved this first remove what hides your real all this files where you have actually sent. Then go to

  C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USER \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common and delete all the files inside:

  Be cached anywhere

  Media cache

  Media cache files

  PTX

  then change to a new location of your cache files in the PREFERENCES / MEDIA

  then just reopen your project and wait for files compliant and that is all...

• Updated to 2015 CC - pressure of the pen registers do not

  I have a Tablet Wacom Intuos P S, and everything worked fine until this morning.  After the update to 2015 CC pen pressure isn't recording with brushes.  I tried just about everything (drivers, bumps, parameters, etc) and I'm sure it's a software problem.  My properties Intuos works A-OK, and pressure if it records very well in test mode.

  I have a problem like that. You set the parameters Untuos filed for CC 2015 Phoroshop.exe now in another folder then CC 2014 and use ink interface? If on Windows?
