I've updated windows and when it restarted, he returned in low resolution (small icons)

a windows error at startup, crash of Adobe Flash Player, Mozilla and Firefox Plugin.   Ran Windows updates and now it turns low resolutin (small icons). How he do it in normal size?

Hi akamomma,

1. the updates have been installed on the computer?

This would happen if Windows update is automatically updated the driver for graphics card on the computer.

I suggest that you manually download and install the graphics card driver by visiting the manufacturer's Web site and check if this solves the problem.

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

For error of Windows in the start, I would suggest that you do clean the clean boot procedure and check.

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7, or Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

(a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

(b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

(c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

(d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

I hope this helps!

    Greetings Dani56777,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!

I understand that you run Windows 10 and you must update iTunes to the latest version so that your iPhone will be recognized when connected. I do not know if you receive an error when you try to update iTunes or not.

If you need information on how to update iTunes, please follow the instructions in the following link.

Download the latest version of iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

If you receive an error or alert, you can consider removing iTunes and all of its associated components and then reinstalling fresh iTunes on your computer. That would give you the latest version of iTunes. If you need execute this process, please follow the steps described in the following article.

Remove iTunes Control Panel and its associated components

Use the control panel to uninstall iTunes and software components in the following order:

    1. iTunes
    2. Apple Software Update
    3. Apple Mobile Device Support
    4. Hello
    5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
    6. Apple Application Support 64-bit

On some systems, iTunes can install two versions of the Apple Application Support. What is expected. If both are present, do not forget to uninstall both versions.

Do these elements in a different order, uninstall or uninstall only some of them. This could have unintended effects. After you uninstall a component, you may be asked to restart your computer. Wait to restart your computer until you finish remove all components.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

  • Update Windows and Dell coming 8 Pro windows store questions

    Hello

I recently bought a Dell coming 8 Pro 32 GB tablet.  Everything is working fine without any problems, but then just the other day I couldn't access is no longer the windows store.  It is just stuck to the green at the loading screen and never changes.  I tried wsrest.exe, but that did nothing.  In addition, and I don't know if they are related, I read that windows store problems can come from need to install windows updates.  So I tried to open the Windows updates, but I can't access any option, whenever I click on something it just freezes.  So I don't know what is happening!  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I too have had the same problem but have managed to solve. I went in desktop and accessed the control panel. Click system and security, then under windows update click on ' check for updates '. Once done, it should tell you that you have updated and click on install. Let it do its thing and when it asks to restart so and once rebooted, and all updates installed the windows store should work again that how I got mine will once again. It will be useful.

  • Updated Windows and delete my work not saved!

I wrote some works on Notepad last night and I left my computer on all night, but when I woke in the morning it has rebooted and performed the login page and I found out it was a windows update and restarted/rebooted which is annoying because it did not ask my permission, etc., but can I get it back somehow that I don't save it because I do not think that the laptop will RE-START BY itself!

Most people leave the option 'Automatically install updates at 03:00 '.  You can type "windows update" in the start menu to configure the automatic update.  If an update requires a restart, the system will ask you if it is OK to restart.  If you ignore the warning for an hour, it recharges in any case.  Because an update is worth nothing until you restart the system, it is essential that this be done immediately.  Otherwise, your system is just as insecure as it would be with no update at all - and when updates come out, the pirates immediately start looking for unpatched for prey people.

If the file you were working on was open in a Microsoft Office like Word, PowerPoint, or Excel program, he could have been saved in your name.  The notebook is not sophisticated enough to handle this, however (Sticky Notes are, however).
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the contents of the Notepad once the program Notepad is closed.
  • Firefox v14.0.1, WinXP, change window order when FF restarts

A similar question was asked about 4 months, no confirmed answer: after a FF 14.0.1 restart (say, after an accident or when the Firefox task ended from the Task Manager), the ORDER of the restored windows is different than it was at the stop.

In some cases, it appears that the first window (the one at the bottom of the display of the Windows taskbar for windows FF) to restart, it is what was the window active when Firefox stop. Otherwise, the order may seem unpredictable.

(Let's say I have 5 FF windows open, each with a list of specific tabs and to assume that they are displayed as the taskbar in a popup like:)

           5
           4
           3
           2
           1

What I want is for FF behave as it was used as a result of an accident or a restart and KEEP this order, rather than turn to, say,.

           5
           4
           2
           1
           3)

Surely, this must be the default behavior? If not, how I can I remedy this?

    Thanks in advance.

Can be linked. Discussion in Bugzilla; do not post in Bugzilla, unless you can provide the example of code to fix the problem. Seems related to the MRU (most recently used) order. Seems to only affect Firefox version after 8.
