How can I cancel my BC account?
I just want to cancel my BC account - is it really that hard? Because the guy on the phone couldn't help me, I was promised a reminder of the customer (for the second time) service-. Seriously?
I just want to cancel account Business Catalyst before it gets recharged on my CC - I have just subscribed to the creative cloud and can host my site here.
This seems to be a really broken system. I don't understand why my connection to the BC account merged with my 'regular' Adobe ID but I can't manage my BC account there.

Want to cancel an account or site?
Accounts cannot be cancelled and it is not necessary that they cost nothing - just don't use it. If you wish to cancel a site (that isn't a creative cloud site):
1: go to the - http://syd.worldsecuresystems.com/PartnerPortal/Index.aspx
2: Log in with your Adobe used for your site ID
3: click on the tab 'Clients '.
4: click the site you want to remove
5: which will take you to information for this site and on the right and the side where you can upgrade site is a link 'delete the Site '.

I am originally from New Zealand, your site is vey useless and difficult to use. I want to cancel my subscription to photoshop.
