I want to cancel my membership creative cloud!

I subscribed to the case of the student for photography only for 2 months now and I would like to cancel it since im not using it now. Tried to cancel the subscription, but I can't cancel it. I thought that my subscription to the month I always get costs into my bank account every month and I tried membership from one month to cancel the instruction, but the statement to disable a product isn't here at all. So I thought it was the annual subscription, but I have no idea how it works! Please help me as soon as possible because I lose 18 euros for something im not using any!

Try to connect to adobe.com and check this link https://www.adobe.com/account.html to check which type of subscription you have.

If you have a full creative cloud plan, one App or photography to the month then you should be able to cancel using this link: cancel your subscription or membership. Cloud Creative

If you actually have an annual creative cloud full, unique or plan of photography App, then please contact our support team directly.
